"The true mark of a good host is how things are handled when something unexpected and out of their control happens. During our stay, the sump pump failed, resulting in some minor flooding in the basement. The host was in constant contact throughout the process, acted promptly and brought in professionals within minutes of becoming aware of the problem, and worked with us seamlessly when we found out that it would take several days of repairs to restore the property and facilitated us moving...

"Cute and wonderful stay ! Everything was clean and exactly how it was pictured. We would love to stay again. The only negative was the checking in and out procedures were a little bit foggy. It would be nice to have a binder in the house with all of the information."

"We were disappointed. We were delayed checking in by 3 hours due to prior people trashing the place; we do not hold that against the host, they communicated with us. There were only 5 towels for 5 people staying 4 days , no kitchen towels at all and the white bath towels had brown stains. They did bring us additional towels and some kitchen towels. The yard was overgrown and still had some trash in it so we did not sit out back. The place does have AC which worked fine downstairs but no air...
