KITCHEN & DINING

The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from a quick breakfast to preparing dinner for the entire group. It features custom cabinetry, stainless-steel appliances, a double oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, filtered drinking water, and plenty of counter and storage space.

The built-in breakfast nook provides another comfortable place for meals, coffee, games, or conversation.

ROOM FOR THE WHOLE GROUP

Large groups often need more than bedrooms — they need places to actually spend time together.

Roscoe Retreat has two living rooms, giving guests flexibility that is difficult to find in a typical hotel or smaller vacation rental. Gather everyone together upstairs, or let different parts of the group enjoy their own space.

The 3-season porch provides another comfortable spot for morning coffee, conversation, or relaxing at the end of the day.

FENCED BACKYARD

The fenced backyard gives children and dogs additional room to enjoy the property while providing extra privacy for your group.

PET FRIENDLY

Dogs are welcome with an applicable pet fee. The fenced yard makes Roscoe Retreat especially convenient for guests traveling with pets.

FAMILY FRIENDLY

We want families to feel at home. The house includes conveniences such as a high chair, children's items, games, and plenty of room for families traveling together.

Games are available in the upstairs entertainment center.

PARKING

One of the biggest advantages for larger groups is parking. The property offers generous off-street parking, making it much easier for families and groups arriving in multiple vehicles.

Our second vacation home is located directly next door.

When both homes are available, the two properties can accommodate approximately 20 guests combined, making them an excellent option for extended families, wedding groups, reunions, sports teams, and other larger gatherings.

A gate between the properties allows groups renting both homes to easily move between them while still enjoying two separate houses.

PLEASE NOTE

Roscoe Retreat is intended for registered guests to enjoy a comfortable stay. Parties and disruptive events are not permitted, and outdoor quiet hours begin at 10 PM.

Smoking and marijuana use are not permitted inside the home or on the front porch.
