"The house was clean and as described with cute decor inside. The bbq grill worked great, we got fresh seafood from the Chelsea Rose in Newport and it was amazing! The kitchen is missing a few necessities like an oven mit, scissors, mixing/serving bowls etc. The refrigerator door is broken and needs fixed, it’s very annoying to use. "Starting negative. Management company expected a 5 star rating, if not then to call them. Honesty that caused a one star deduction alone. Honesty works better. Next is the neighborhood. Sketchy given the run down trailer park nearby. Then there is the bed. You need stairs to get up to it. Good lord, trying to get down at night if you have to use the restroom. "The home was on a private street with gorgeous ocean views. The living spaces were comfortable and there was lots of seating. The kitchen was relatively well appointed for cooking. The binoculars were a nice touch. The overall cleanliness was lacking though. Many light fixtures had cobwebs and substantial amounts of dust, and the blinds were quite grimy.
