"The views from balcony were great. Having a reasonably priced restaurant below and a market across the street was wonderful. You can not swim in the ocean due to bacteria in the water. The internet was spotty and would cut in and out. The water took a long time to get warm in showers and sinks. Perfect amount of beds for our group and beds were comfortable. Driving to main attractions of San Diego was around 25-35min with traffic. The outlet mall near by was enormous."

"The place is clean, the problem is my daughter is special need and the bathtub doesn’t have hand held shower and it hard for me, and there is not smart Tv for watching you tube for my daughter. Joe is very good with communication and very prompt the response. It’s nice place, but I think it may not best place for us."

"This property is perfect for a small family, the host is absolutely amazing and left snacks and fresh fruit for our stay. The property has a warm pool and nice hottub, the only reason I deducted a star was due to the cleaniness, It was decently cleaned but we found items under the bed "

"This is one of my old Navy days stomping grounds. Walk to the VFW, FRA, drive to American Legion. Beach, you are around the corner from it. Somehow I missed no designated parking. Was not a big deal, parking on street, was fine. "

"My only complaint was the furniture. the outside was falling apart and uncomfortable. The inside chairs for like would break if anyone else sat in them. That being said this place was great and i'll be back even with the furniture. "

"The property is "half-of-a-duplex" in a very quiet neighborhood. It has a 2-car parking in an inner lot accessed by a wide driveway. Additonal parking is available in the main street. I rented the place for a niece and 2 nephews, but it can accommodate up to six people (two bedrooms, plus two sofa beds).
