What an amazing place - so cosy, large, clean, immaculate, superb decor, friendly owner who responds to communication super quick, great location for an "on the way home" stop to recharge the batteries, huge bedroom, delicious and ample choices for the free breakfast, cosy seating in the main lounge, large kitchen with all you need, beautiful bathroom with huge bath and corner walk-in shower. "We like this house - it has 8 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The showers were really good. The beds comfy enough - although some of our group found they needed another blanket. It is super clean. You need a degree to work out the stove & micowave but between us we figured it out.Lots of parking and easy to find.Quiet enough for Auckland.The house needs some maintenance - door bars need replacing in toilet and top of stairs.One sliding door to bedroom was off the rails and would not open close...
