"La Canopée" Apartment with Lake View, Shared Pool - Conciergerieland

2-room apartment with a garden overlooking the park, under the pine trees, facing the pool and Lake Albret. The apartment is on the ground floor and features a fenced, enclosed terrace.



Perfect for 4 guests (1 bedroom + 1 sleeping area), well equipped, with a lovely west-facing terrace.



Upon entering, a hallway leads to a sleeping area with a bunk bed (90 cm) on one side, and a master bedroom with a 140 cm bed and large wardrobe on the other. There is also a bathroom with a shower and separate toilet.



For infants, we provide a travel cot with mattress and fitted sheet, a safety barrier for the bunk bed, two booster seats for chairs, and a toilet reducer.



The residence’s outdoor pool (shared) is unheated and open from mid-June to mid-September, subject to weather and technical conditions.



Private parking with reserved space in the secure residence.



Surroundings: lake beach 150 m, shops 1,000 m, ocean beach 1,800 m, all accessible by footpaths. The cycle path runs alongside the village.



Activities: surfing, lake water sports center, cycling (Vélodyssée), golf, and more.



Cleaning is included. A vacuum cleaner, mop, and cleaning products are available during your stay.



Bed linen and towels are not provided.
