"We stayed here as a stopover between Switzerland and the channel tunnel. We needed a meal, a comfortable bed and a decent shower. All was provided with excellent and very friendly service. It is in a rural area (good for the dog) and is next to a relatively busy D road."

"The lodge had everything we needed and was clean. Our host was pleasant and helpful . It was lovely to have the swimming pool to use at any time . We only had 3 days here but would have liked longer , we will go back ."
