Our stay at this property in Sotira, Cyprus resulted in a serious health and safety issue and is now under formal dispute.Shortly after arrival, we experienced symptoms consistent with environmental exposure. A licensed physician advised us to leave the property immediately due to suspected mold. Based on this medical instruction, we were forced to vacate and secure alternative accommodations on an emergency basis.We also encountered concerning conduct during the booking process. The host requested cash payment upon arrival and encouraged us not to process modifications through the platform, undermining transparency and consumer protections.After our medically necessary departure, the host refused to provide compensation for:* Unused nights* Emergency relocation costs* Medical expensesDespite good faith efforts to resolve this, no fair resolution was offered.We are documenting all evidence and reserve all rights to pursue formal remedies, including civil claims and reporting this matter to relevant Cyprus tourism, regulatory, and tax authorities.Future guests should exercise caution, ensure all payments remain on-platform, and verify property conditions upon arrival.
Mold in the kitchen cabinet discovered in April after Doctor told us to leave immediately.

Our stay at the villa was absolutely exquisite. The host was amazing and very responsive, making everything seamless. The villa was in pristine condition, beautifully decorated with a charming beach house style, and the swimming pool was just perfect. Merveilleux séjour

Très belle villa avec piscine dans un beau quartier résidentiel calme et proche de la mer. De belles plages et Ayia Napa sont proches de la villa. La villa est très bien équipée. Tout est prévu pour que l’on passe un bon séjour. Propriétaire sympathique. Merci pour le frigo déjà rempli à l’arrivée. La région est magnifique. Je recommande sans hésitation

Felt like staying at our grandma place, pure joy!

We've stayed for a week at this lovely villa and would not hesitate to come back again. Wendy's place really feels like home, it's so well furnished, so many small touches, beautiful bed, excellent bathroom, all the kitchen gadgets that you need and so much more. Make sure you come by car to enjoy Ayia Thekla, it's a secluded and quiet villa for those who enjoy this type of vacation. We love the privacy and calmness, but the option to visit various beautiful but busy beaches and restaurants nearby in the evening is also great. Cant wait to stay again!

Wendy and Gerry the hosts, were so welcoming and helpful. They provided excellent local tips and nothing was too much trouble for them. Accessing the villa at 3am when we arrived was effortless and the hosts provided a generous welcome pack, which we greatly appreciated. We were incredibly grateful to have something to eat and drink after a long journey. It meant we could relax and take out time settling in before heading out to the local supermarket. We can’t recommend this villa highly enough and are already looking forward to our next stay! Location: Quiet and safe area with lovely neighbours Villa: Exceeded our expectations and was a home away from home, clean and well maintained and beautifully decorated. All essentials were provided throughout especially in the kitchen. Pool: gorgeous and professionally maintained twice weekly. There were pool toys which we all loved. Pool towels were provided which was another extra nice touch. Communication: seamless, quick responses, excellent tips on local area.

Fabulous Villa

This Villa was amazing, the photos dont do it justice outside. It has had so much xtra work done outside since, and has made a massive difference. Wendy and Gerry take great pride in their villa and keep it spotless, they were very friendly and extremely helpful during our 2week stay. The villa has everything you need,and more. We got great use out of the gas bbq, we all loved the pool,it was sunny around pool from sunrise to sunset.The villa was so peaceful and relaxing, even though there is other villas nearby it felt as if we were the only people there. Id 100% recommend a car hire, but a 20min walk did have you at a supermarket and restaurant, plus the bus stop was very close by. It was very hard to do all we had planned on our holiday as no one wanted to leave the villa and pool during our stay. Id higly recommend this villa and certainly intend to stay again. Thanks Wendy and Gerry for helping make it a brilliant and very memorable holiday

Amazing Villa

What a stunning little villa in a peaceful neighbourhood. The villa is even nicer than the photographs. The pool is stunning also. Everything you could possibly need was at the villa, with a supermarket and restaurant just down the road. The owner was there to greet us and also the sheets and towels were changed midway through our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely stay again, and i highly recommend staying here.

Villa Blue Aqua

My wife and myself recently stayed at villa Blue Aqua in Ayia Thekla and had a really lovely holiday.We were met by the owner Wendy and here husband on arrival who were very welcoming,the villa was spotlessly clean and very well equipped and the outside area was great with 4 sunbeds and 2 umbrellas the pool was also clean and inviting to cool off in,a shaded seating area was also most welcome,overall it was a great place to enjoy a holiday and we will be returning Sue and Dave

Perfektes Haus

Super schönes Haus! Mit liebe zum Detail eingerichtet! Alles vorhanden was man braucht, und vieles mehr! Toller Außenbereich, gepflegter Pool, Liegen, Sonnenschirme, tolle Loungemöbel! Lage ist ruhig und doch nicht weit von Agia Napa und vielen wunderschönen Stränden entfernt! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Relaxing and nice vacation

The house is lovely equipped and contains everything is required. As we arrived late in the evening it was great we found something in the fridge. Highlight for my daughter (and also for us) was the pool were we spent lots of time. . Looking forward to come back again!

Perfect Family Vacation

We had great time in Wendy's vacation home. The house was very well equiped, everything was there,clean and it was decorated with love and great attention to details. As we arrived at late evening, Wendy was so nice and made sure that we have something to eat in the morning and our son got some little Easter present) We will definitely come back again!

We arrived early hours and found an array of essential needs provided. Very clean and comfortable and spacious. Owners arrived in morning to welcome us and give us information on our stay.
