No me gusto: 1. El parque de agua para los niños que incluyen cuando reservas es el viejo. Esta deteriorado, los toboganes rotos, la piscina turbia y sin color. El otro parque de agua que esta alli hay que pagar adicional. 2. El área de la piscina que incluye esta también feo, falta de pintura, agua turbia y parece un lugar como abandonado. 3. Las fotos que salen publicadas no son las que realmente es el hotel. 4. Al momento de entregar la habitación o villa revisan todo y te hacen sentir como un posible ladrón. En general, el precio que nosotros pagamos no vale la pena ese lugar. Y el trato del gerente fue pésimo.

The property is absolutely beautiful! The pool and rooms and everything. However, the water in the showers felt like beach water. It was clear that the water wasn't filtered. But outside of that it was extremely calming and relaxing. The restaurant at the resort was also beautiful!

Me gustó el espacio de la propiedad, la limpieza y todo en general fue una muy buena experiencia. Algo en particular que debo de decir es que uno de los staff su nombre es Constantine el es un profesional que me brindo un excelente servicio a mi y a mi familia. El me mostró toda la comunidad de SVO y mostró mucha disponibilidad en asistirnos perfectamente bien.

Location was nice, the food took an hour to two hours. Check in was a headache, first they told us that check in was not at 3 but 6, that in the website says 3 bit they don’t have to give the room until 6. Also they charge the same amount for the room you are staying as a deposit to make sure there is nothing missing from the property. Never heard of the same amount put on hold as a deposit to get it cleared from 3-6 days.

Villas were beautiful ...what you see in the pictures is what you get upon arrival. Only slight issue was the pay as you go. You can really get carried away ordering food and drinking. It would be great if they add an all inclusive option.

Service was good, place was clean, pool was nice, the villa lay out was great. Things we did not like about this place is that there is no walkways or beach as promoted or shown in photo, we where told by guard that walkway was closed because it is now private. Check in and check out was very slow process. The dollar exchange value was higher than the actual value, which overcharged approximately $180 more.

The Good, the Bad and the Ugly.
The Good. We had a 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath villa on the row back from the ocean and it was lovely. It was well appointed, good quality and with a great pool. Surprisingly no smoke detectors. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. WhatsApp is used for everything so essential to have. They organized excursions for us on WhatsApp and food delivery from Maria's. Cash is essential and US$ works well so bring a decent amount. Maria's restaurant was also excellent. Everything from breakfast to sushi. All the staff were lovely and it is in a great spot overlooking the ocean. The Bad. Maria's is the only restaurant! Even though it will say there are 3 restaurants, one is closed down and the other is in the separate waterpark. The beach was shut the entire time we were there. The water was too dangerous to go into. This was a major disappointment. If you are looking for a 'beach vacation' this may not be the place for you. It was incredibly quiet for our entire week. There were rare occasions when my son had kids to play with but mostly there wasn't a soul about. The ocean walkway is closed and the waterpark is in much need of TLC. The Ugly. Building work, lots of it. If it was just the aesthetics then ok but it is the constant noise. All you could hear were jack hammers, drills and other machinery. It started early and one evening I complained because they were still grinding at gone 10pm for the second night in a row.

the Property was beautiful and very clean. a few others decided to join our stay and they were Very accommodating. Jairo is a Gem. He helped me change my reservations and was great all through out. I will definitely recommend this property to family and friends. And I will definitely be back !! thank you ! the only thing I could say was lack of choices for Restaurants, but Maria restaurant was GREAT!!!!!!!!

We enjoyed our stay. There were a few hiccups as the villa was not ready on time and both TVs in the bedroom did not work. The staff was great and allowed us to have a late checkout. I wished there were more dining options. Overall I felt safe and had a pleasant stay.

The villa was beautiful. It was clean and the ocean view was breathtaking however our experience checking in was horrible. Upon arrival we were being charged extra deposits etc without us being warned in our Expedia confirmation for our confirmed stay. The deposit information was unclear and was clearly specifying for a 3 or more day stay. I think this business needs to rewrite their deposit policies specifically according to each nights stay.

Concerning your experience at check in, we apologize sincerely. We regret to hear that it was an unpleasant one. Having said that, it seems that this was due to a form of miscommunication. We notify all our guests when sending booking confirmation about the mandatory refundable security deposit taken at the time of check in.   Due to recent issues with various credit cards, we have had to take two separate security deposits, one at time of booking and then one at time of check in. Please keep in mind, both deposits are fully refunded. The first will be refunded at time of check in, then the second at time of check out. Reservations for up to 3 nights, we charge a one night security deposit. Reservations up to 6 nights, we charge a two night security deposit. We thank you once again for your review, we appreciate your feedback. Rest assured we will continue to make improvements to our procedures to ensure that our guests have an unforgettable time.

Nice oceanfront villa with great view. Friendly staff. Everything was great. The only issues were: very slow check in process. Property overcharged me around $150 over the rate quoted by Expedia since they can not run credit card machine in $US and they use very high conversion rate. Fire ants were a problem. Pest control needs to be done.

Loved our time at this resort. No problem social distancing here lots of space to roam. Temperature checks and hand sanitizer upon entering restaurants- all employees wore masks and very conscious of cleaning resort and reducing and preventing the spread of COVID 19. We stayed in an apartment in the castle and it was really nice and close to resort amenities but we enjoyed renting a golf cart to cruise around the expansive grounds anyways. The beach was private and the ocean walk and views are amazing!

Beautiful place to relax. Everything was clean. The only thing was that I thought the breakfast was included, but at the reception they told me that; it wasn't include it in my reservation. I was very disappointed. But the employees were very friendly. The spa was wonderful. I had the best massage ever 😁 planning to go next year.

The grounds were very nice with nice pools, the restaurant was in a beautiful location but often ran out of certain foods. The apt we rented was nice and spacious. The kitchen functional but small. We ran out of water (water bottle) and there was none to buy on site. We had to go out of the resort and find our own. And the running water was shut off a few times during our stay. Otherwise a beautiful place.
