Concerning your experience at check in, we apologize sincerely. We regret to hear that it was an unpleasant one. Having said that, it seems that this was due to a form of miscommunication. We notify all our guests when sending booking confirmation about the mandatory refundable security deposit taken at the time of check in.   Due to recent issues with various credit cards, we have had to take two separate security deposits, one at time of booking and then one at time of check in. Please keep in mind, both deposits are fully refunded. The first will be refunded at time of check in, then the second at time of check out. Reservations for up to 3 nights, we charge a one night security deposit. Reservations up to 6 nights, we charge a two night security deposit.
