This property is awesome. From airport pickup to check in and out to return to the airport was a breeze. Beautiful beach outside your door. No need for a car. This hotel is located near everything you could want or need. Restaurants, shopping, tours, boat rides, site seeing are all at your fingertips waiting for you to explore. The condo has everything you need from iron, air conditioning, hot water big screen televisions and to my surprise it even has a washer and dryer so you do not have to travel home with dirty clothes. The manager is the best I have ever dealt with. He is literally a phone call away and is available for whatever you need. This is a top 10 rental space. Perfect for a family or if you are traveling alone. It is definitely worth the money and I would recommend booking this place if you are lucky enough to see it available. Thanks for the stay. This condo made my vacation a blast. I forgot to mention that it also a safe place to stay. Security is definitely doing their job to keep the residents safe. I moved around early morning for my exercise walk and came in late at night from parting and security greeted me every time with a smile. Last time if available book. You will not be disappointed

Close, quiet and secure

Walking distance to nightlight, restaurants and bars. Excellent view of the beach. Quiet and secure building with very friendly staff. Property manager is A1. I am staying here again.

Great Location

The location of this property, 100 feet from Playa Alica is just the best. The Sunsets from the balcony were also fantastic! The condo's pictures gave us a pretty good idea of the layout although, like anything else in Real Estate, the pictures made the place look bigger that what it actualy was but regardless, we had plenty of room. All the amenities required were there and Alvaro was alwasy available to tend to our needs when it came about. Highly recommend this place whether for short or long stay. We were there for 3 months, enjoyed every last day.

Great First Impression!!

Great property with an excellent view of the ocean. Very close to many areas of interest where you don't necessarily need a rental car. The property was very comfortable. Very clean and I definitely will stay at this property again!!

Wonderful In Every Way

This is a beautiful, clean, safe property in the most ideal location. Amazing beach and ocean views. Easy walk to restaurants and activities. Met the owner, Jerome, on check-in. Jerome and his staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. This was a 10/10 stay!

Beautiful ocean front condo

Very nice property with a great view of Alicia beach. The property manager Alvaro was a super guy. He gave me a ride back to the airport and made sure everything was perfect for our stay.

It's a beautiful property, wonderful support from both the owner Gerome, & property manager Alvaro

We had a lovely stay at this property. Check in was a breeze, the home was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was comfy cozy. The kitchen is immaculate, everything is brand new. Its so new a few misc items aren't there yet but it was certainly manageable and we were able to cook many meals there. The water pressure in the showers is lovely, and everything works great. We had one item that needed attention and Alvaro took care of it immediately. The owner even personally came by to take care of the shower drain. The washer dryer work great and are the perfect size to do a couple loads when needed. My absolute favourite was the deck with the table and chairs and sofa overlooking the ocean. All the furniture inside and out is brand new and super comfortable. They didn't go cheap on things, it is all high quality. I just loved sitting out on the deck to listen to the waves crash. And what a fabulous view of the sunset every single night. Super close to everything you may want - beach, grocery, bars, restaurants, etc etc. The TV had about 1,000 channels but to be honest we never watched a single thing. Perhaps if we had a rainy day, then we may have put on a movie or something. The pool is warm, yet cool enough to be refreshing And for those that want shade or sun, you get both due to the way the pool is laid out. Some evenings you could also hear music from the little restaurant just across the pavilion by the entrance to the beach. All in all I don't have a single negative thing to say. Both the owner and the manager took care of every need, and exceeded my expectations. You won't be disappointed if you stay here.

Location was perfect. The sand and water are right out front. Close enough to town for activities

Whether you want to chill on your own balcony, sit on the sand, or head into town for the night life. This condo fits the bill. Enjoyed the mornings eating breakfast while looking at the ocean, and dinners watching the sunset over the water. This visit was in March, absolutely no insects whatsoever. Most of the days and nights had the screen doors wide open. All appliances are new.
