Spacious home, with private pool and parking located at a close distance to the beach. Every room offers a queen sized bed and balcony views. The master room has a king size a jacuzzi tub aswell as a balcony overlooking the pool area.

The property is newly built and the rooms are beyond spacious and have balconies where you can catch a breather and watch the sunset. What we offer is an experience with an open kitchen dining and living room concept that also opens up to the pool and patio. It feels like you can really connect and still have space. and with all but 1 bedroom located upstairs you can still have your private moments.

"we are on the top of the world" well not really just the top of a hill and it is fairly quiet. However we are super close (7min walk) to the beach and (3 min drive) to the buzzing town of El Batey where you can find lively bars and restaurants. Something to note is also that at the end of the block is where you can find stairs that lead to the beach but also a taxi station (at the bottom). Also for those who love an picture moment there's is this beautiful path one block over; where people come to take pictures because of all the beautiful greenery around. we also do offer free parking on premises.

Safe quiet neighborhood located in Los Cerros de Sosua. At a 5 minute walking distance to Sosua Beach.

We highly suggest getting around by car or even atv as we are on a hill. As much as it can be great excersize some times because of the heat it's unpleasant. However if you are less inclined to do either because you plan on drinking taxi service is available, you can set up a private car pick up and to be at your disposal at any times please let us know prior to arrival so we can inform the driver and set it up or unless you want to do it yourself.

We love to support the community. All the paintings and head boards are from local artisans and hand made. All tables and nightstands are also custom build. The bedding and towels however are Imported for better quality. Sometimes there are cows that walk around eating from the properties in the neighborhood as well as there are local horses that occasionally show up they are very friendly and love carrots.
