Perched in the quiet hills above Sorrento, Villa Riggiola is an elegant, restored residence combining historic charm with modern comfort. Just five minutes drive from Sorrento, the villa enjoys sweeping views over the Gulf of Naples, with Mount Vesuvius visible on the horizon.

Arranged over multiple levels and connected by an internal lift, the villa offers approximately 600 sqm of interior space, generous common areas, and private parking. A regular bus connection links the villa to Sorrento, making it easy to explore the Amalfi Coast even without a car.

The property is suitable for wheelchair users. There is a lift inside the house that connects the villa levels and no stairs to the pool.

INDOOR
The ground floor is dedicated to shared living spaces designed for comfort in all seasons. A bright panoramic living room opens onto large windows framing the sea. Adjacent to this, the winter garden with fireplace provides a more intimate setting, ideal for cooler evenings.
The kitchen combines original architectural details, including stone arches and handcrafted finishes, with modern appliances.

The villa is surrounded by approximately 2,000 sqm of Mediterranean gardens, with a private swimming pool (14x5m; 0.6m – 1.3m deep; open from April 1st to October 31st) positioned to take full advantage of the sea views, offering a relaxing space with sun loungers and seating areas. A well-equipped outdoor kitchen and a traditional wood-fired pizza oven provide the ideal setting for outdoor dining, whether for casual meals or more organised experiences.
