We had an excellent stay. The place was exceptionally clean and the host was very responsive. All rooms were supplied with water and wine (!) and we were offered a daily cleaning as well. One morning, the host even provided us with breakfast. We had rented all 5 bedrooms and were concerned about having no main living room to hang out in at night. But it ended up working out…one of the rooms was very big and we gathered around a table each night and played games. The place is very walkable which we really enjoyed. It is a little loud at night with traffic echoing outside, but with a little sound machine, it was no problem.

The self-check in process was very easy. We rented the whole apartment which was perfect for our family because each couple/mini-family could have their own bathroom and privacy. There were some ammenities like a bottle of wine and water in each fridge.There was construction that started early on a weekday morning, but the weekends and nights were quiet. Great for winding down after a day around Sorrento.Very close to the stairs to go down to the main shopping street, the train station, and some restaurants. I would stay here again, especially if I am travelling with a large family group.

The host was welcoming. Easy to get the keys, and the host was so kind to provide pastries for us one morning. We did wish that it had more common space, but the rooms were great. Each of our 4 couples and the two singles had adequate space in their accommodations. Great location, and cozy outdoor spaces, even if not an amazing view, but the price was a great value.

This property was excellent! Mariano was extraordinary!!! He helped us book an excursion, provided water and wine, and pastries. The location is very convenient to the square. I highly recommend this property!!!

Great place in Sorrento, easily within walking distance for great restaurants, the pier and shopping.The apartment was well equipped (as advertised, no kitchen) but Mariano’s team had pastries delivered to us for breakfast.We used the “community room” in the apartment every night to visit and review our day. We had 4 couples, and had a private bath for each and plenty of space so we did not feel crowded whatsoever.Check in was great, we were sent detailed instructions, with photos which was perfect.Would absolutely stay here on a future visit to the city!

We were absolutely delighted with the accommodation. It was extremely spacious, everything we needed was there for us. The location was ideal for getting everywhere. The best week in Sorrento

My family of 10 had the most perfect stay at Asuites. There were 7 adults and 2 kids and the layout was perfect where everyone had their own room yet we could still gather together in the common area. The place was spotless and it was cleaned 3 times during our 5 night stay! There was a bottle of local wine in every room and Mariano was sweet enough to send over breakfast for us one morning as well! We were a 5 minute walk to town and couldn’t have asked for a better location. We didn’t need to take taxis anywhere! Mariano was communicative, prompt and very helpful! My nephew left his chain behind and Mariano was kind enough to ship it out to us in the US immediately. We fell in love with Sorrento and would easily come back - and we’d stay at Asuites again in a heartbeat!! Can’t say enough good things!!

This was the perfect place for our family of 9 during our stay in Sorrento. It was roomy, comfortable and very clean. The location was convenient and walkable to Sorrento center, restaurants, shopping, bus/train station, and marina. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to beautiful Sorrento.

Great location and super accommodating

We had 9 adults so we took over the whole suite of rooms. The host was super accommodating and provided lots of extras (free wine, water, and a free breakfast one morning). Rooms were comfortable. Only issue was water barely comes out of shower and alternates between scalding hot and freezing cold without notice. No kitchen, laundry or common area. But we enjoyed the stay and it is centrally located.

Great downtown apartment

I traveled with my family, we were 8 adults. The location of this apartment was wonderful. It was within walking distance of the water and the shopping district. We used the fifth bedroom as the common area to gather. We had an issue with the air conditioner in one room and Mariano was immediately responsive, replacing the unit. The complimentary pastries, pizza, and laundry service were unexpected and much appreciated. I would highly recommend this rental and its management.

12 stars if I could!

5 family members ranging from 17-80 staying in Sorrento and enjoying day trips to Pompeii and Capri. We loved the location, the rooms, the amenities like water/coffee/wine/pizza provided at arrival. Everything was steps away and the communication was above average. It is exactly as pictured except the fireplace which didn't work. Mrs Anna and Mariano were so accommodating and let us check in early. Highly recommended!

5 Diamond experience!

Our family of 10 had a luxurious and beyond expectations experience in this property. Every detail of our booking and stay were carefully mastered that all we have to do is show up and Mariano will take care of everything. Wine and pizza on our arrival after a long drive courtesy of Mariano was impressive and unexpected. Apartment was clean and fully furnished. Don’t hesitate!

We were a family of 7 and the apartment met every one of our needs. We were greeted by Anna who was lovely and who educated us about the apartment. Mariano was so responsive to ALL of our needs and went as far as to drop off a shirt at another hotel where my family was staying after a member of our group left it behind and we had already left the Sorrento area. The location was great and relatively quiet. Don’t be deterred by the outside of the apartment building nor the lobby as it is under some degree of renovation.Once inside the actual apartment you will be very pleased. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment if you are a large group. While it does not have a kitchen, it does provide small refrigerators in the rooms and a small microwave and Lavazza coffee maker with coffee they provide. We were also created with fresh hot pizza and wine upon our arrival. So if this meets your needs don’t hesitate, book!

Great Stay in Sorrento

This property worked out fantastic for our family of 6 during a 3 night stay in Sorrento. We used the 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and had the 5th bedroom as a breakfast/gathering room. Property is represented accurately in pictures, modern and updated. A/C units in every room was a welcome relief every time we returned from a hot day of sightseeing. Easy 3 minute walk into the heart of town from the property. Mariano communicated well ahead of and during the stay, and responded quickly to a hot water problem that was rapidly resolved.

Perfect spot for a group of friends

First of all, this place is spotless! We are a group of friends age 40-65 traveling in Italy. We booked this property because of its proximity to historic Sorrento, reasonable price, and so that we could all be together rather than being in hotel rooms on separate floors, etc. Basically this property is 5 bedrooms that all connect via a hall area that has a coffee station and a small dinette table. Although there isn’t room for everyone to sit down on couches to chat or anything, this space gave us the ability to catch up with each other. The bedrooms are a great size (especially for Europe) and we also hung out in the bedrooms together. It’s basically a great space for a family or group if you’re looking for a spot close to town without spending an exorbitant amount. Also loved the beds and pillows, very cute/fun decorations. They left wine and cold water in our fridges and snacks at the coffee station. Mariano is an excellent communicator and set up taxis for us on the morning we left. To get to down you will need to walk down two short flights of stairs, cross under a bridge, and within three minutes from leaving the house you’re in historic Sorrento!

Great location

Our group of 8 family members loved this location and the fact there was an elevator to move 8 pieces of luggage. The apartments were very clean and the bathrooms were great. The location was amazing - close to everything! I would highly recommend this rental.

Great Sorrento Location

Mariano is an amazing responsive host. Piazzo Tassa is 5 minute walk which is heart of everything. Amazing day and night! We thought there was a sitting area for our group of 10 but we weren’t in the apartment much due to nightlife and and 4 hr day trip Capri. Mariano recommended restaurants and did bookings. He also booked last minute transfer to Pompeii. Would return!

Very accommodating!!

The place was exactly as pictured and the hosts were so nice and accommodating! Each bedroom had its own balcony, they left a bottle of wine in each bedroom for us and delivered us two pizzas when we arrived! The parking spots were $20 per car per day in a garage. Francesco was extremely friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful Sorrento Option with Outstanding Service from Owner

The apartments were meticulously clean with spacious bedrooms and bathroom accommodations, ideal for multi-family or friend group travel. The communication with the property owners and management was superb. Amazing service that went above and beyond just a rental. Marco helped arrange transportation and tours, and we wished we had taken up more of his suggestions. The property is just a short walk from the city center - steep incline if you have an elderly guest with you - but it's quiet, easily accessible, and a comfortable place to rest after a busy day.

Amazing apartment in Sorrento!

We LOVED A-Suites! Beautifully renovated apartment with all the amenities. It was perfect for our group of 10. Anna was an exceptional host - she had everything set-up perfectly for our arrival. She was so helpful and went out of her way to help our friends when their travel plans were interrupted. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Sorrento!!

Great Welcome!

We were VERY pleased with our stay at A-Suites. We rented the entire suite of rooms for our family of 9. Each room was spotless fresh, updated and had all the comforts needed. Every room appeared to be newly remodeled. Great bathrooms and showers. The mini fridges were stocked with an assortment of cold drinks - complimentary. Mariano even had a Pizza and cold bottle of white wine waiting for our group upon arrival! There were a nice selection of teas and coffee for the morning -- even creamers which were pretty hard to find on our trip. The location was about a 5 minute walk from the town square and you could see the subterranean historical mills along the walk. The units and building were very quiet. Everything was very organized....altogether a 10 for our group. This couldn't have been more perfect.
