After some poor communication we were delayed getting into the apartment. Having arrived early into Sorrento and messaged to say this we still didn't check in until 2.30pm.Check in process was too quick - and di not cover such things as the safe, washing machine, shutters etc. In fact there were no written instructions for anything.We then found that neither safe in the bedrooms were working, The WiFi did not work using the QR code and we had to choose a different code.The shutter in the large bedroom did not work, therefore I was very bright in the bedroom. As our travel companion was unable to join us we were able to sleep in the other bedroom, if she had been with us then this would have been problematic.The shower heads were old and leaky.There was no mattress protector on the bed, a little disconcerting as far as hygiene is concerned.The window in the en suite bathroom to the side of the apartment was broken.Finally, although the terrace was very pleasant to sit out in it was a little dirty.

Our host was very helpful in getting us access and taxi information to make it quickly to our destination! Our stay was located very close to everything we would want and was surrounded by beautiful flowers and lush greenery. The outdoor area was also very big and felt private, as the whole area was surrounded by some pretty dense greenery. The only knocks we can mention is that there weren’t some common essentials at this location and it wasn’t as clean as we were expecting. There was no tissues, napkins or paper towels: we wanted to make some coffees, but there was only one pod and they were not replenished during our stay. One of the king mattresses consisted of two twin mattresses that were very dirty and covered without a fitted sheet/also missing a comforter. The towels were stained and there wasn’t a good supply of bath soap for use. Other than that, the host was very kind and even helped us find a baby crib for our little traveler.

Had a great stay I will say it was further than expected from the city center but the walk wasn’t bad probably only 15-20 minute walk from everything. Everything was clean and the area felt very safe and nice. Only two negatives other than the distance from the center was that we had no toilet paper or paper towels which we had to get ourselves and the WiFi codes did not work. Our property manager Sara was great and super helpful and responsive. I really did enjoy this place and we had a blast.

Amore Rentals were very helpful as far as holding our bags, brought us to to bank and even called a taxi. What was confusing was where our private driver from Naples was supposed to bring us in the first place. The photos on VRBO were misleading. There were no couches, just foutons to sit on but some of the support straps were broken so the mattress sank down. There were safes in each bedroom, but were locked & unusable. Cleanliness was sub-par. The mattresses in the bedrooms should be replaced. The walls were thin & we heard every from outside & inside. The coffee maker leaked. The have a washer which was great but no dryer & the clothes line outside was broken. Location was great, enjoyed the gated area. Nice outdoor space. Our previous rental in Florence was from a private owner, so our expectations were high.

Lovely neighborhood but it is more residential and about 20 minute walk to city center. The property is gated. Had some bad experiences with airport pick up but was resolved on 1st pick up. 2nd family dropped off to wrong location and had to walk to our unit at night with their luggage. The espresso machine had a leak. Informed property managerd that it did not work. Also had an electrical problem in one of the bathrooms, but electrician came same day to fix. Mixed communication with property manager especially check out instructions not clear. They tried their best but made it seem I was speaking to a different person every time. Overall mixed feelings of my stay. The unit is nicely appointed but recommended overall review of electrical appliances appliances,mandpropertweone

Great apartment for a family or few couples. Pros: Easy to book; easy check-in; good location; clean; safe. Cons: one set of keys; no dryer; almost impossible to get taxi; property manager difficult to reach if something needed.

We loved the location and walked nearly everywhere in Sorrento. The quiet, hidden area was perfect. We wish parking were closer and less costly as we drove from Rome but the stay was wonderful.

The apartment was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adult children). It was as advertised. The location was good not more than a 30 minute walk to anything you wanted to do in Sorrento. The outside area was very cute.

We had a wonderful time staying in this flat. It has a great patio and outdoor space, big nice bedrooms and bathrooms, and well stocked kitchen. The rental company couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. It was within walking distance of the town. Also, the gated entry was nice with a beautiful walk and gorgeous flowers.

Our stay started out less than perfect. We had to wait 50 minutes for someone to meet and let us into the property. And the listing said there were four beds, but the two futons in the living room were not made up. And they told us they would not be able to put sheets on until the next day. And parking was very challenging. The woman who met us said to just park on the street, but that proved to be pretty much impossible. We got lucky and met someone who directed us to a parking garage where we were able to park 24 hours a day and take our car in and out as needed. it was $25 a day but much better having to continue to put money In to park on the street. The place was reasonably clean, but the bathrooms were not pristine by any means. The little yard was nice with the furniture and the location was good. It was about a 15 minute walk to the center of Sorrento. overall, it turned out to be fine. I guess we had really high expectations after having left an incredible rental in Tuscany with a fabulous hostess. Perhaps that’s the difference between renting from an owner versus renting from a property manager.

The location and security of the flat is great! Sorrento is a wonderful town with great shopping (and flat roads :-) ). Management was very prompt in messaging and helping when we needed it. Would stay here again!

Property was very nice, clean, spacious, quiet setting and as described in listing. Only downside for us was a bit too far from town center as my husband has difficulty walking distances so we ended up taking cabs at night after dinner. Sorrento is beautiful and a must see town to visit!

Family of four (2 adults and two kids) stayed here March of 2022. Check-in was smooth and quick. Great communication. Property was comfortable and as advertised. Bathrooms are really nice. Beds and couch were a little hard/uncomfortable but did the job. Street was private and safe. Overall quiet nights however one door (in one of the bedrooms) is shared with a common space and we did notice a barking dog a few times on the other side of the door. Listing states free parking but our Fiat 500L would not fit in the spot so we ended up paying an extra $18/day to park in a garage that was a 15 minute walk away. A couple small let downs but all in all a great value.
