"최근 리모델링으로 인해 청결면에서는 높은 점수를 주고 싶습니다. 다만 화장실 청소(변기)가 마무리되지 않아 아쉽습니다. (아마 이전 사용자의 객실을 청소를 하시고 머리카락을 넣어두시고 잊으신듯 합니다) 그 외에는 시설 또한 신식으로 사용하기 편리했으며 호텔내 편의점이 없다보니 외부로 나가야하는 불편함이 있습니다."

"오래된 호텔인데 냄새도 안나고 조용하고 좋았어요. 특히 아침조식 뷔페가 종류도 다양하고 너무 맛있었어요 주위에 포토존도 옛날 문화제가 보존돼 있어 너무 좋았어요 온천도호텔내부에있어서즐거운여해미어습니다"
