We brought our two Corgis with us and stayed for several days. Emkay is a wonderful host. A slightly larger cabin was available when we arrived so he upgraded us for no additional charge. He was easy to reach and attentive to all of our needs. The property is beautiful and peaceful.

Adorable little cabin in the woods. Nice sitting area outside the door and comfortable accommodations indoors. Our host, Emkay, was very accommodating and appropriately communicative. And the on-site kitties were very sweet.On our last day we found a nice bottle of wine had been left for us.

(Vines covered cabin name and faded flag.)Several junk piles on the grounds including a rotting chicken coop in the parking lot.Spa was broken but repaired but never rose above luke warm while we were there.

The hosts of this beautiful property were very attentive, very kind and up and beyond making sure you felt comfortable and relaxing.The property has a river towards the back. Plenty of areas to relax and enjoy the sounds of nature. I would visit again.

This property is located in the beautiful hills above Santa Cruz. The setting on a creek is gorgeous. The cabins are small but clean and have an outside seating area. The host, Emkay, is awesome!

What an amazing place!

And what an amazing host, Emkay Forest. He was very pleasant and present on the property, helpful, just what you would want in a host. The small Jasmine Cabin was like a lovely nest and we were so comfortable. Very clean, great location, comfy bedding, pillows and towels, a nice private outdoor sitting area, a well-equipped beach along the Soquel Creek all set for picnics and relaxing. Relax at this place under the trees…you will be glad you didThe charming towns of Soquel and Capitola are just a few minutes away. You can enjoy both the redwoods and the ocean every day!p.s. Emkay left a gift bottle of wine for us at the gate to our cabin…so thoughtful!

Relaxing getaway

The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. Shorts drives to the beaches in Capitola and Santa Cruz , the cabin is cute and has everything you need .my wife enjoyed the hot tub .we will be back

If you like staying amongst the redwoods, you'll like this place. My only issue was, I wish we paid more attention to the one picture of the kitchen. We were told the day before we arrived that the unit had a kitchenet instead of a kitchen.

Amazing stay all around

The property is amazing, and the cabin itself is so cute and cozy! We had everything we needed and we will definitely stay again. On our last day, we came home to wine, two wine glasses and a handwritten card from Emkay. So sweet and thoughtful! Cannot wait to visit again!!

Great cabin to have a cozy weekend!

Check in was self serve with codes, and the cabin came with a kitchenette and a nice bathroom. The river access had a really nice covered area to hang out with plenty of seating. On top of it all the owners were great and left us a bottle of wine as a gift on our final night. We havd a wonderful time!

Perfect weekend getaway

This was the perfect stay for a weekend away exploring the Santa Cruz area. Nestled away in the tall redwoods with a creek right mining through the property was an amazing setting. Definitely will come back if we are in the area again!

Quiet and relaxing

We loved our stay, the property and location. We booked Jasmine Cottage. The owner had another cottage available that was larger and graciously offered it to us. It was perfect because we had our dog and dog crate so we enjoyed the extra space. We were overlooking the creek and could hear the water from our deck. It was the best sleep I’ve ever had away from home. We will definitely stay there again when in the area.
