"This property is fabulous! Being on Soquel Creek, even with people strolling the Riverwalk, was so peaceful and enjoyable! Parking spaces in Capitola are amazing and this had space for 2 if needed. And it all looks exactly like the pictures. We so enjoyed staying here and hated to leave! Would definitely recommend and return ourselves."

"Great location. My wife uses a walker therefore stairs are near impossible. The host said the main floor was walker-accessible from back patio. WRONG! Only the downstairs bedroom and laundry are accessible by walker. Living, Kitchen and Dining are all upstairs making communication with the rest of the family near impossible. The fireplace did not work. String lights outside did not work. Beds are waaaay too hard. Nice place, but not if someone has physical challenges. Check ahead of time to make...

"Easy street parking, great communication with host, easy check-in and everything accurately advertised. The bed was wonderful and the back patio was perfect for some afternoon reading and lounging. We ended up walking to and eating at our favorite Santa Cruz restaurant. Great location. Great stay."

"The Hot tub was one of the highlights of the house and there were so many great food and coffee options close by. Walking to the cliffs and down to the little beach were both great highlights. There was mold on the wall and in the shower of the master bathroom. There was also significant rust and corrosion in the shower and bath of both bathrooms in the house that need to be addressed."
