"My family and I was there for son's graduation from FAMU. It was so convenient to school and shopping. Had pizza delivered after 11pm in less than 20 min. It's December so it was a challenge getting the empty house warmed up. We used the oven and small space heater things became comfortable. Overall good time.BTW"

"Brad has great communication and provided spot on directions to access the unit. The outside was clean, there is a brand new fence surrounding to entire property, and the parking sport is conveniently located to the unit.
The unit looks EXACTLY like the photos and it was SPOTLESS!!!! It was the right temperature, is inviting in every way, and has comfort level turned all the way up past 10.
I don't know whose makes the mattress but I want one for my own home now. I slept super sound and...

"We had a wonderful stay at the Spotted Grouper. The cottage is quiet and peaceful, and the sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico were beautiful. We enjoyed walking on the beach, collecting shells, and really appreciated how close to nature the area is — including an unexpected bear sighting!We stayed in December, which was a great time to visit: cool and chilly mornings and evenings, with sunny, comfortably warm days. I traveled from Annapolis with my mom, and the trip was especially meaningful...
