I knew it wasn't going to be 5 star by the price but this is one step up from sleeping in the street.. every surface is dirty, every fixture and fitting either worn-out or broken. Staff couldn't even be bothered to say helo as too busy with their phones. De-luxe..they are having a laugh, didn't even ...
