"This house is amazing. The house itself is clean, spacious and well stocked. The beds were so comfortable and bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels and amenities. Although the inside of the house is fantastic, the outdoor area is superb. The pool is perfection, hot tub is cute, tennis court is super fun and there is even a rock climbing wall. "The outside was park-like. The concerns about no music and quiet after 9pm, don't seem to apply to the neighbors in the HOA. Construction across street always kicked off at 7:30. "Our stay was great! The kitchen was really well stocked and had a lot of equipment (coffee grinder, immersion blender, plenty of bowls and pans) that we really appreciated. We had 8 adults (4 couples), and it was plenty of space. The upstairs bedroom doesn't have a door, which was just something we had to keep in mind because of sound travelling. Jen was super communicative and gave us great recommendations. The pool and outdoor space was great and the slide was surprisingly fun even for adults....

"We had an incredible stay over a long weekend and were able to visit both Sonoma and Santa Rosa and a few wineries in between. We got a lot of use from the pool and game room area and we found the neighborhood peaceful and relaxing. Owners were great with communication and the home is stocked with everything you need. "We had two couples head to Napa for a short trip. Such a cute cottage and perfect for Sonoma excursions. Napa requires going over or around the mountains but it’s not bad. Hot tub was great. Cottage was well appointed. Coffee pot is on the small side for 3 coffee drinkers. No complaints. Helpful binder of info. Bedrooms were spacious. Primary bath could be updated but certainly enough room. "

"Everything was picture perfect. Love layout. Bedrooms were so comfortable. Kitchen was awesome and everything we needed. The teenagers love the pool and all the seating areas. The pool was outstanding so refreshing. The creek at the bottom was perfect for when the dogs got hot and wanted to all off. The red deer, wild turkey and other beautiful animals right at our beach.
