The Space:

Step into Sonoma Views, a bright and welcoming recently renovated ranch-style home designed for comfort, function, relaxation, and a peaceful wine country stay.



As you arrive, you’re welcomed by a gated, landscaped private setting with open valley and pasture views. Step inside through the main entrance and you’ll find yourself in a bright, open-concept living space where the kitchen, dining, and living areas all flow together.



Straight ahead, you'll see the dining area, where a large table makes it easy to enjoy meals together, play games, or simply gather and unwind. Just beside it, the fully equipped kitchen includes a gas range, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Everything is set up to make cooking at home easy and convenient.



Beyond the dining area is the the living room invites you to settle in with a comfortable couch, television, and a cozy wood stove that adds warmth and charm on cooler evenings. Large windows and skylights bring in natural light throughout the day, keeping the space bright and airy. For additional guests, the living room includes a queen-size sofa bed while still maintaining an open and comfortable layout.



Down the hall, the primary bedroom offers a king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower. A separate half bathroom is located near the main living space for added convenience.



A dedicated laundry room is also available for guest use, ideal for longer stays.



Step outside and the home opens up to one of its highlights — a wrap-around deck that surrounds the house and offers multiple seating areas to relax and take in the peaceful valley views. Enjoy outdoor dining at the table, fire up the BBQ grill for an evening cookout, or simply sit back and enjoy the fresh Sonoma air.



Whether you’re indoors by the fire or outside under the open sky, Sonoma Views offers a calm, comfortable escape surrounded by nature.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the home, including the living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. You’ll also have access to the outdoor areas, including the seating space where you can relax and enjoy the fresh air and valley views.



Private parking is available on-site for up to 3 vehicles.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the scenic Sonoma countryside, the property offers a quiet and private setting surrounded by open land, pasture views, and rolling valley scenery. You’ll be a short drive from Sonoma Plaza, wineries, tasting rooms, restaurants, and outdoor recreation.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for the most convenience, as the home is set in a peaceful rural area. From here, you’re still within an easy drive to Sonoma’s best spots:

- Less than 10 mins drive to Sonoma Plaza (restaurants, shops, tasting rooms, historic downtown)

- 5–10 mins drive to grocery stores, cafés, and local restaurants

- 20 mins drive to Napa Valley wine country

- 25 mins drive to Sonoma Valley Regional Park

- 45 mins drive to the Golden Gate Bridge (depending on traffic)

- Wineries are all around the property in every direction, with many just a short drive away



Other Things to Note:

This home does not allow pets, with the exception of service animals. If you're visiting with a service animal, please let us know before you arrive. We also kindly ask that you clean up after them to help us maintain a clean and sanitary environment for all guests. Thank you for your understanding.



Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM, per local regulations.



📌To ensure a seamless check-in, all guests must complete a quick pre-check-in verification through our secure guest portal; a link will be sent after your booking is confirmed.



📌Please note that during the rainy season (typically October through March), outdoor furniture cushions are stored away to protect them from the elements and ensure they remain clean and dry. Consequently, outdoor seating may not be set up as pictured during these months.
