This VRBO exceeded all expectations. The kitchen was fully stocked from gadgets to spices and food. We picked leeks in the garden and made soup. Everyday we had fresh eggs. The pool was not in season but we enjoyed the spa. The home is in a great location with easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. Our host took the time to explain everything and the house was very clean. Our family and friends had together time and privacy. Everything worked in the home and our host was available if needed. I can recommend this home-VRBO without any hesitation. We hope to go back.

Christine is a perfect host. She met us for check in and explained all the amazing amenities of her property. The entire property is amazing. It is exactly as described and shown in the photos. The home was more than what the pictures described! Absolutely BEAUTIFUL! The location was perfect for visiting wineries, restaurants and hiking. The best part of the home was all the amenities designed for family fun...the pool, hot tub, bocce court, billiards & ping-pong tables, grilling area, and gardens! The property was somehow, even more impressive than depicted on the site. As they say, it's all in the details. Everything and I mean, everything, was of the highest quality at our disposal- cookware, cutlery, appliances, workout equipment, game tables galore, gorgeous gardens (and produce!), huge accordian windows that open to porch and pool, heated tile floors, the list goes on and on. It had a super fun vibe with oversized ecclectic artwork, uniquely paired with a shiny cluster of crystal chandeliers. You won't want to leave, trust me. Thank you Christine, you were an amazing host and so helpful in our planning and stay!!

Everything about this place is ideal. The welcoming host (Christine), the quality of the home, the stocking of the kitchen with quality cookware and every necessary appliance ( and 2 dishwashers!), the outside is perfect for families with lots of games ( and inside too). Oh my goodness, what a wonderful experience we had staying in this gorgeous property! Our family gathered here for a week to spend time together relaxing and enjoying all that Sonoma has to offer. The home is beautiful, extremely well appointed with anything you could ask for or need. It is in a quiet setting but close to everything. We were able to book the services of some massage therapists to start off our vacation in a most relaxing way and have a chef come in and cook a delicious meal to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Christine is a wonderful host. She met us at the property to show us around and explain how everything worked and promptly answered any questions that came up. The home offered us all our own beautiful ensuite rooms situated with lots of privacy and an amazing great room for us all to gather and have fun. The week was spent sightseeing, shopping, enjoying the many restaurants and wineries, swimming, s’mores over the fire pit in the evenings, shuffleboard, pool and board game competitions! So much fun…we hope to come back…many lasting memories were made.

Best vacation rental experience I have ever had

Christine was an extraordinary host. Even before we arrived, she made us feel welcome. She sends recommendations for local restaurants and wineries to visit and made referrals to private vendors in the area. Her wonderful hospitality continued even after we arrived. He met us in the house and gave us a personal tour of the property. She also shared her cell phone number and made herself available in case we needed anything. The property itself was incredible. It was modern, clean, warm. It was well maintained and equipped, clearly with guest comfort in mind. The decor reflected great taste. It was very comfortable for a large family gathering, including small children.The amenities were spectacular. The pool was warm and clean, it had a cover that was easy to use. The Jacuzzi/spa was also very accessible well maintained and easy to use. We used the Grill on multiple occasions and really enjoyed the experience of cooking (and the food!). Christine continue to show hospitality, even after we left. It turned out that one of the guests had left behind an item of clothing. Christine was kind enough to mail it back to them (at no extra cost). Truly, an incredible experience. We hope to be back soon.Thank you for hosting us!

Picturesque Property Close to Napa & Sonoma

Stay here - no need to look elsewhere! There is nothing, and I mean NOTHING, lacking from this home. Beautiful property, plenty of space, gourmet kitchen, outdoor areas to enjoy and unmatched details inside the house. Excellent House!

We chose this property for our couples trip to celebrate milestone birthdays. It was the perfect set up with bedrooms and bathrooms, lovely accommodations, amazing fully- stocked kitchen, fabulous hot tub and outdoor space! Exceptional in Every Way

The house was wonderful, the best appointed with everything you could imagine. We had everything and more. Christine, the host, and her husband were communicative and responsive, a pleasure in every way. We couldn't have been happier. First Annual Cousin's Reunion

This property is absolutely stellar in every way. It could not have been more perfect for our large group of cousins. 2 from the Dallas area, 4 from SoCal, 2 from Eastern Washington and one local from Marin. We were celebrating our first annual reunion and hope to do it yearly. Last year was my father’s memorial in Los Angeles and we decided then that we needed to keep our connections alive via an annual gathering. A majority of the group are wine lovers which is why we decided on this location and boy was it ever a success! Thank you Christine! Thank you Farm House Sonoma! The property offers large gorgeous grounds as well as a barn, rose and vegetable garden with a gated circular front drive that can take up to 7 vehicles and has electric charging available which we made use of with one of our 4 vehicles. The home has a huge labeled vegetable garden and chicken coop with 7 hens that you can visit. The hens were moulting so were not in major egg production mode but we did get one egg, one morning. :) I saw a lot of wonderful birds out in the oak trees and flitting about in the garden; Ruby Crowned Kinglets, Ravens, Crows, Nuthatches, Woodpeckers, Finches, Warblers and the like. We had a visit from a Red Shouldered Hawk as we were departing. The oak woodland habitat is rich with bird life for all the birders out there. Bring binoculars. The property also includes a bocce court, pool with a motorized cover, hot tub/spa, built in grill area and firepit. We spent most evenin

Great stay with friends

Christine was a great host and the house had everything we needed for an amazing stay in Sonoma. We especially loved the heated porch with amazing view, vegetable garden, pool, and hot tub. The rooms were lovely and plenty of space for 10 adults.
