My friends and I loved this property. We all traveled from different places and found this cozy home. Looks and feels as good as it does online. Very clean, a lot of space and fun things to do around the house. We didn’t use the pool. The host was very accommodating and had great communication. Definitely recommend, just don’t book it before we do next time we want to come

Property is beautiful, and our hosts were great. Any questions were answered right away. One item that doesn’t show in the pictures is how pretty the landscaping is at the property, everything was in bloom and was beautiful.

Beautiful, well-appointed farmhouse!

We had a wonderful stay at the Palmer farmhouse during our trip to Sonoma.The house was beautifully appointed and well-equipped. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Our group of 11 plus one furry guest had a fun and relaxing time. The farmhouse is located close to some of the best Sonoma wineries which was also a plus. Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend the property!

Lovely home with lots of small things broken

We really enjoyed the home, its location and especially the pool. The owners communicated very well for check in etc. The home was very clean, the beds and furniture was very comfortable. There was plenty of supplies in the kitchen and baths. However, this home needs lots of basic maintenance work. Here is a partial list: The grill did not heat up enough to grill food, the ice/water dispenser ran slow or not at all, the dishwasher worked only sometimes, the outdoor firepit did not work, the blinds in the pool house did not work, all of the shower heads need replaced, it took a long time for the hot water to heat up to wash dishes or take a shower, some of the pool furniture needs replaced, there needed more than 4 pool towels, etc. All of these things were minor but made the use of the house more annoying. I would book this house again except for these issues. I think a more rigorous maintenance schedule would make this home more desirable to rent.

Wonderful stay and beautiful accommodations

My husband and I, along with three other couples, stayed at the Palmer Farmhouse for a long celebratory weekend getaway and it was everything we could have hoped for. The bedrooms with enough bathrooms for each couple to have their own was a huge plus. The living spaces were large and open, giving us plenty of room to relax and gather. Very comfortable, beautifully appointed, and fully stocked with all the amenities of home. Plus, the location was great for easy access to both the main Sonoma square and our winery tour days. I can’t wait to go again - hopefully for a girls trip!

Perfect Family Gathering!

We had a group of 11 and really enjoyed the way rooms and baths were spread out so no one complained. House was clean and provided hotel like amenities. Location is great since it is only a 3 minute drive to the square and that was our main dining area and also had markets nearby for all staying in comforts. We were able to find a break in rain and went on a hike around vineyard so that was great. And 4 cars fit on the premise just as well. Appreciative of great memory here!

Great Location

We were there to celebrate our daughter's birthdays. The house was very clean and everyone had a great time. Plenty of space so that all our guests could be spread out. Great location, close to restaurants and shopping! Property manager also had a great list of reccomendations.

80th birthday

Nice property. Pool, jacuzzi and putting green were a plus. We had an issue with the heater. To their credit they tried to fix it on short notice but were unsuccessful. Other than that the house was very comfortable for 12 people.

Wonderful

We had 11 of us for a long weekend and the house and host were absolutely perfect. Amber and her home were amazing, clean, well equipped and just a great place. I have been using VRBO for a while and I have to say this has been our best experience. Thank you Amber!

Great stay!

Great Location, Lovely yard

We loved our stay. The house is beautiful, but not quite as expansive as pictured. Comfy beds. The backyard is gorgeous. Host is helpful and responsive. The poolhouse is really great, and could be a wonderful space as an office or hangout for teens. The laundry room/ensuite had some mold on the shower curtain and on the ceiling. My SIL told me at the end of the stay, but I have a feeling they'd have remediated it if we reached out sooner. The water pressure in the shower wasn't awesome. One of the kitchen sinks leaked. A lot of the windows aren't covered in the bedrooms so lots of morning light. Hard to give it a full 5 stars, but we still enjoyed the property and our stay.

Perfect for 3-generation family get-together

Palmer Farmhouse was an ideal place to relax and bond with family (ages 7-80). We enthusiastically voted to return next year. Pool time was the focus of activity.The kitchen was flexible in its use. Many small clusters of seats in and out for small conversations. Bedrooms vary in configuration but we found the just-right room for each family. You feel far away from the world here. Stores are 5 minutes away. Amber support was awesome.

Great stay, great location, easy communication!

Stayed at the Palmer house during Memorial Day weekend, our 2 families had a great time, there was ample space to hang out, the pool and hot tub was amazing! Location is very close to Sonoma town. Biked directly from house to Sonoma trail. Highly recommended.

Great spot!

Great location for easy access to wineries. The kitchen was fabulous - brought in a private chef one night - and the backyard and pool were a great setting to just hang out and catch up.

Bucket List - Check

My wife and I were lucky enough to have both families join at this amazing house after a few days of golf at Pebble Beach. Everyone stayed in the same house, and people who are usually happy staying anywhere were all happy here. The house had everything we needed for our group of 9 with ages ranging from 3-73. The recommendations from the hosts were spot on and even though we had been in town before we were able to find new things that we loved doing. Everything was first class since the day we found this place online. If we are in town again with a group this size, we will be back.
