Es Rafal d'Abaix is a charming country house located between Artà and Son Servera, in the east of Mallorca, with beautiful sea and mountain views. Surrounded by nature and set in a peaceful location, it is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the island, with several beaches and a golf course within easy reach.

The house is arranged over two floors and different levels. On the ground floor there is a spacious entrance hall, a double bedroom with a 1.50 x 1.90 m bed, a shower bathroom and a large, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and fireplace. A few steps lead from the kitchen to the spacious living-dining room, featuring a vaulted ceiling, stone and wooden elements, comfortable sofas, satellite TV, dining table and access to the outside.

The upper floor has three double bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Individually furnished and featuring exposed wooden beams, the bedrooms retain the traditional character of the house. There are two 1.50 x 1.90 m beds, two 0.90 x 1.90 m beds and two 0.90 x 2.00 m beds. The house also has WiFi, heating, mosquito screens, a hairdryer and an iron. Air conditioning is installed in the bedrooms on the upper floor. Thanks to its traditional thick stone walls, the ground floor remains naturally cool and comfortable during the summer.

The outdoor area is one of the property's main attractions, with a pleasant covered porch, several terraces, a barbecue and a private 9 x 4 m swimming pool surrounded by a sun terrace, lawn and fruit trees. There is also a private vegetable garden where, depending on the season, guests can enjoy produce grown directly on the property.

An ideal house for families and groups looking for peace, nature and privacy while remaining close to the beaches and main attractions of eastern Mallorca.
