"Ein kleines Haus mitten in dem Ort. Sehr sauber. Alles fussläufig zu erreichen, nur einen Strand nicht. In der Nähe gibt es einen großen Parkplatz, wo das Auto nachts gut stehen kann. Die Wohnung hat alles was macht braucht. Ein zusätzlicher normaler Wäschständer wäre super. WLAN war etwas langsam. Fernsehprogramm könnte um deutsche (u. andere Länder) Sender erweitert werden. Don’t expect to use the garden as it hasn’t been maintained and is completely overgrown.very responsive agency albeit not very flexible in terms of arrival times. Good value for money but don’t expect anything fancy. "

" This listing was a fantastic place to stay while visiting Mallorca. Centrally located, it provided easy access to everything on the island. The beds were comfortable, and the property grounds were beautiful. My only recommendation would be to provide more fans, as there was no AC and only one fan, which was a bit challenging with the 90-degree weather. Overall, thank you for the lovely accommodation!"

"Also die Kommunikation mit der Hausverwaltung (Homerti) war ziemlich gut. Es gab die eine oder andere Frage, die ohne große Zeitverzögerung beantwortet wurde. Zahlen konnte man in mehren Teilraten per Paypal oder Kreditkarte. Auf der Buchungsseite wurden drei Tage vor Reisebeginn Check-In-Deteils angegeben und man konnte die Ankunftszeit in Palma angeben und der Eigentümer hat sich telefonisch direkt nach Ankunft am Flughafen bei mir telefonisch gemeldet.
