Room was clean and ready upon arrival. The head bartender was delightful the entire trip, she always took extra special care of my wife and I.

Beautiful relaxing hotel, lovely to receive an upgrade to an amazing suite. Food in the ocean restaurant is very tasty, the breakfast though was a bit of a let down.
