"Clean room"

"We had a very pleasant two-night stay thanks to being made to feel so welcome by our hosts, Rosie and James. Contact beforehand was great with a super demo video on how to enter the hotel. Rosie was a lovely host; her local recommendations were top-notch and truly made our trip. It happened to be very hot while we were visiting, so having a fan provided in the room was a thoughtful touch that was very much appreciated! The hotel has a lovely communal area at the entrance where complementary tea,...

"We had a lovely 2 night stay here. The room was clean, bed was big and comfy, and there was plenty of tea/coffee. The included breakfast was delicious, from croissants and cereal to full English. The staff were all lovely and friendly and keen to chat. Would definitely stay here again in the future."

"Sería conveniente tener una toma de corriente eléctrica en el cuarto de baño, así como un colgador para la toalla al salir de la ducha. Por lo demás perfecto."

"nice friendly place with a good atmosphere and a pleasant bedroom"

"Cordial bienvenida. Habitación muy agradable. Camas cómodas. Limpieza extraordinaria. cogida. La propietaria nos dió todas las informaciones y tuvo una gran flexibilidad en cuanto al checkin. Nos permitió dejar el equipaje para disfrutar la jornada en Arundel. Gracias Lucie "

"The staff were really friendly, the room was comfortable and clean"

"El hotel es moderno y cómodo. No nos hicieron la habitación el primer día, lo cual fue una faena (dejamos la habitación a las 08:30 y volvimos a las 14:00 horas). Lo dijimos y solo nos trajeron toallas y agua. El desayuno demasiado básico y la comida de muy poca calidad. En la habitación había un ruido horrible del aire acondicionado. No hay minibar en la habitación"

"Amazing room right in town and across from the castle and one of the nicest accommodations during our trip! Matt and Jenni were great hosts!"

"Enjoyed our stay here. Staff were very friendly and helpful . Lovely cosy bar and great food. Room very clean and comfortable with large TV. Would highly recommend"

"Clean room. Nice quirky hotel/guest house. Good location. Helpful friendly staff on arrival. No front desk but WhatsApp contact details given. Air conditioning unit very noisy and cannot use without the window open. Good for a stay in the cooler weather out of season but wouldn’t recommend for the weather we are currently having. Ear plugs were supplied by the hotel but I don’t find them comfortable to wear to sleep. I would definitely stay again just not in August."

"Attractive small hotel in a quiet location and very close to the beach. Rooms are small but well appointed with all that one needs. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Car park is tight so not for nervous drivers! Breakfast is freshly cooked but limited choice - more fruit would be nice! The dining area (outdoors in nice weather) gets very busy and lively - a good sign but can be a little noisy - but not late in the evening. Recommended."
