"For a family with kids is not recommended because of the lack of parking around the property. If you have a vehicle with a at seat. Get ready to move the vehicle around or get tickets. I didn’t not receive instructions prior our arrival. I had to call to get them. And it was a longer process. The property was decent, just did not have enough trash bags and some of blinds were broken."

"The property is well situated and very close to the train station to make it easy to go downtown Boston. Everything is new in the property, the decor is very nice and it's really clean and confortable! The owner thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable: different types of pillows, additional blankets, coffee, tea, shampoo, conditionner, etc. I strongly recommend this property!!!"

"This is a lovely refurbished apartment in a good part of town. It is a reasonable walk to the mall and to numerous different transit options. The the offstreet parking was convenient and there was on street parking available if needed. Communication with the host Maria was very easy and she responded quite quickly. Overall, we had an excellent time at this location."

"Very good communication, this clean property was exactly as advertised. Parking spot was helpful."

"El lugar es bastante amplio, cerca de la estación de metro para poder trasladarse por toda la ciudad. La hospitalidad y el lugar se encontraba muy limpio. Un lugar bastante cómodo e ideal para descansar."

"We were there for 4 nights with kids 12,14 and 16yo so the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was great. Parking spot was a huge bonus and was biggest reason we stayed outside of downtown. Only negative was a small table that didn't fit us all and it would have been nice to have more living room seating. There was room for an oversized chair off to the side in the main room. Amenities galore. We always tak extra TP, soap, garbage bags but they were fully stocked. Great experience. We do like to eat in...

"Super modern and perfect for our family.Communication with Marina was super! Definitely would stay again!"

"Marina‘s place was the perfect location for visiting Boston. It was clean, updated and we were able to bring our car and have off street parking. The train station was within walking distance (or a quick drive with inexpensive parking) for easy access to the city. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. We will definitely be back!"

"This was an excellent property. We'll definitely stay here again. Great location. Marina was super helpful."

"Nice apartment. Nice amount of space. The parking is out of sight, but we didn’t have any issues. Very convenient to get to Sullivan transport station to ride the subway or bus into Boston."

"Great place to stay for the night. Walls were thin and I could hear neighbors above us walking up late but I had ear plugs so it didn’t bother me! Stocked with coffee and pans which was great! Would stay again!"

"We had a great time at the condo. The apartment was super comfortable for the three of us. It was very clean and we didn’t have any problems whatsoever."

"We were very pleased with our stay and would definitely stay there again. It was very easy to book, check-in/check-out. The house was up-to-date and very clean. It was also very well stocked with everyday commodities such as plenty of cook/servingware, coffee/makers, ice machine, very nice stove/oven and microwave. The bathrooms were fully stocked with plenty of towels, rags, shampoo/conditioners and body wash. The hostess was quick to respond to messages and was very forth coming on important...

"The location was fantastic. The house was very nice. The beds were comfortable. Communication was clear. Unfortunately, the family upstairs had a crying baby throughout the night which prevented a good night sleep. It also sounded like they were moving furniture above us at 11pm."

"We had a wonderful experience, and the house exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful, spotless, and felt brand new. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay, and the beds were especially comfortable.Communication with Mariana was excellent from start to finish. She was incredibly helpful, responded promptly to all of our questions, and provided all the information we needed well in advance of our arrival. My family had a fantastic time, and we would absolutely stay here...
