"We had a lovely time at this home. We enjoyed nature and the lovely walk to the pond. Our host went over and above to make sure her quest had everything you might want or need like a basket of snacks, breakfast with fresh eggs and pancakes, and Blue Bell ice cream in the freezer. She had decorated the home for the Forth of July. Would highly recommend it to anyone staying in the area."

"The New Pecan Hide Out was perfect for our Girl's Trip. The property was exactly as described and very clean. The living room sectional was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. And the beds were very comfortable. The outdoor space was perfect for coffee and a morning chat for planning the day.Kenzie was very responsive before and during our stay. Definitely would stay there again and will recommend if anyone else is looking for a place to stay"

"The home was beautifully decorated and clean. Marilyn is the most prompt communicator in all of the VRBOs we’ve stayed and beyond friendly and helpful. Coffee is even provided! Check in is extremely easy and check out is even easier. The two cypress trees out back are an amazing sight—GIGANTIC!! Wish the beds were more comfortable, but the linens are fantastic . Otherwise, everything was great!"

"Great host and a great location!"

"This property was absolutely perfect!! It was so comfortable and closely located to everything. It was well stocked with everything a person could need. Burton is the most precious little town!"

"This is a great suite with a bedroom, sitting area and bathroom. It is clean and comfortable with cute decorations. Michele is an attentive host and provides all that is needed for your stay. The neighborhood is quiet and close to downtown with easy access to other areas."

"I would give a 10 out of 10 - but when we woke up in the morning there were ants all over the kitchen. The stove, the counter and the wall. I have a video. The place overall was awesome, but the ants killed it for us. We lost two boxes of donuts and cookies - two bags of chips and the fruit. We were there for a graduation and the food was for the party so we lost it all and had to buy it again. We bought food to cook but ended up going out yo eat. They fix that - it just awesome...."

"The property was as described. It is very close to Kyle Field walking distance based on your physical abilities. The owner was very always quick to respond to my messages during our visit. Parking was great and it seems like a nice and safe neighborhood. The drawbacks was there was dust in the vents that was visible and spreading to the ceilings. The supplies we were left to clean with was shredded. The apartment had a musty odor and when you walk out on the terrace you don’t want to look left....
