"This place is amazing! I came for only one night but will definitely be back for an extended stay as the rooms provide many more amenities than a traditional hotel room. The property is extremely clean, quiet and so retro cool maintaining a lot of the original 1950’s vintage feel of the original motel. "

"The beach house was just as described very nice house directly right on the beach perfect! Only thing was the BBQ grill was dirty before using it and a lot of sand of the floors when we entered but other then that perfect for my family and I would definitely stay here again!"

"The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion."

"My husband, three children (14, 8, and 8), and I stayed on the first floor of this property for one week and we had a phenomenal time! Here are the many pros:- Having the house right across the street from the beach was convenient, so we could run back and forth easily to grab things or use the restroom. It’s walking distance to shops, cafes, and an arcade, but still quiet.- The owner supplied a beach cart, chairs, sand toys, and boogie boards. - The porch! I will be dreaming about that...
