🚗 Two vehicles permitted per property (unless private driveway allows more)
🏘 This property is located in a Homeowners Association (HOA); tenants must adhere to HOA rules (found in the guest portal & property binder)
⚠️ Any fines incurred due to tenant behavior will be collected from the tenant
🚭 No smoking or vaping inside the property. Smoking marijuana is illegal in PA and is not permitted anywhere on the property (inside or outside)
🤫 Quiet hours are 10 PM – 8 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors — most properties are townhomes or condos with shared walls
