Es el peor hotel que he visitado, cuando ya nos íbamos, estábamos esperando que nos fueran a recoger y nos quedamos en el lobby sentados, el dueño fue y nos sacó del lobby, dijo que teníamos que esperar afuera. La piscina estaba sucia, el ascensor dañado y un sin número de cosas más. Deberían cerrar este lugar.

El ascensor estuvo dañado las 2 semanas que duró mi estancia, nunca hubo desayuno en el hotel, solo tienen un Hooters que la comida es muy cara, las habitaciones tenían mal olor, como que hubieran fumado. Por otra parte, la piscina siempre estuvo limpia y desinfectada por lo menos.

Now they are charging a 79 dollars in case on damage fee. They also in the past charge me half the stay fee then after 3 to 4 days then they refund the money to you they would have charged the whole fee but I didn’t have the money at the time and they do not tell you they are doing this

To our surprise room doesn't have a thermostat to control heat or ac automatically. We had to manually turn on and off the heat entire night otherwise no air circulation in the room at all! Room and bed was ok otherwise for a 1 night stay. Would not recommend it.

They took an extra 241 dollars out my account that I will not get back until the wend of the week this was a bit of a hardship by them doing this my booking went from 380 to ovet 700 dollars

The hotel lobby was the best part of the hotel. Once we arrived into our room the smell of urine and old carpet greeted us with a mighty bang to the nostrils! I couldn’t bear to think of walking on the carpet without socks and slippers!

We got 2 rooms, one had not water to shower. The other room has the wall paper was felling off and one of the windows have a gap and the cold air blowing inside the room

First time visiting this hotel. Only the convenience of the hotel location used as a quick staycation is what I did like. However, due to my vehicle’s windshield wipers were stolen off off my suv I noticed on the day of check out (which was a rainy day) I will not return to this hotel or refer this hotel. Additionally, the hotel is very dated, with no safety measures on and around the property. Anyone that is not a hotel guest could easily access the hotel.

The lady when we got there was excellent helped us right away . Went up to room and children yelling in hallway about 11:30 pm Later on I went to front desk and overnight person was sleeping on one of the couches in the lobby informed him that our tv was not working at all and all he could say was there’s nothing he can do. Went back to room to get some sleep and room was right next to washing machines and people were washing clothes till 2 am

No good for business travel
I was trying to find a decent budget hotel for business travel. The main issue here was the wifi was terrible. I could use it on my phone but not my laptop, which defeated the whole purpose bc I need to be able to log into my work laptop. The room was pretty run down and a bit trashy. The bed was old and super saggy. Furniture was very old. TV was old and I couldn’t hook my roku up to it. I felt a bit skeeved out here. As a woman, I didnt feel super safe here. Lots of men hanging out in the parking lot. There is a Hooters restaurant here and no disrespect to Hooters or the folks who work there, but it tends to attract a certain type of clientele.
