"Wildrock is off the beaten path, back in a hollow, but don't let that deter you from having the most peaceful, quiet, relaxing stay that you'll get in London. We had all the comforts of home with cable and WiFi, AC, heat, top notch washer/dryer...I could go on forever. Beds were comfy, the furniture was comfy, the porch swing was the best!!! What also stood out was the smart, hosting touches- outdoor lighting, , beginning supplies for TP, paper towels, hand soap, dawn, dog bowls, nightlights,...

"The building is beautiful, as is the park. I think the staff who checked us in need to improve their customer service. However, the restaurant staff and checkout staff were wonderful. The hotel smells awful, and the room cleaning is terrible. It's a great shame since the building is beautiful and the natural surroundings are a unique wonder. I hope the hotel's management improves its cleanliness and renovates the facilities. The hotel has beautiful surrounding areas, but they literally look abandoned. The visitor center is beautiful, as is the natural beauty of the place. It's truly a great shame that the hotel is so dirty and abandoned."
