"Nice and peaceful location. We really enjoyed the firepit and hot tub. Loved the convenience of rinsing off in the outdoor shower as well. The house was well stocked. There were extra throw blankets and even a fire starter for the fire pit. I would recommend if you are looking for a relaxing getaway. "

"This is a beautiful waterfront home. The location is remote and secluded which is exactly what we were looking for.We spent the majority of our time sitting on the screened porch just enjoying being away from the hubbub of real life.Everything from check in to check out was great. Communication was timely from the host and he is super helpful.We are already looking at our calendar for a possible Fall retreat at this home."

"This was our 2nd time staying here. We were (back) in town for another family funeral. So clean, so comfortable, so relaxing... We will stay here anytime we come to town. Everything you need is available. The bed is SO very comfy! We enjoyed our stay once again!!"

"We love this property!! We’ve been coming here for a car event for the last 2 years and i swear we look forward to coming to this house as much as the car event at VIR! Such a wonderful home and the grounds are up kept so well. the lake is just stunning and just wonderful to take a dip in or cruise along on the paddle boards! Can’t wait to come back again! PS- the owners are the best! we had an unexpected delay and they helped us out with the process with extending our stay!!"

"This is our second stay at this location, but probably not our last! The house has a perfect lake front lot, allowing us to fish and kayak every day. The weather was wonderful, but even if it hadn't been, we were close enough to town to find things to do. We enjoyed the pool table and watching movies in the evenings."

"House is perfect for larger families or groups! Plenty of amenities and a great dock to fish off of. Pretty view, and very easy to access the property. Not too far from Danville, Roxboro or VIR. Since no house is perfect….the batteries in the remote for the TV need to be replaced. LOL. Other than that…house was perfect! Thank you! "

"We had a great time. The dock was great to fish off of or just relax and enjoy the scenery. The air conditioning did a fantastic job and the place was very clean. There were plenty of towels available. The kitchen was very well equipped. Overall we enjoyed this house. If you are looking for a secluded, relaxing getaway, this is the place for you."
