Great location for exploring on foot, but the thin walls were a downside. Noise from neighboring rooms and above was quite noticeable, impacting our stay.

We're truly sorry to hear about your disappointing experience during your stay. We have sensitive pipes and can't use too thick of toilet paper. As for the window we have now put a blackout curtain on it. Regarding breakfast, we apologize if our offerings did not meet your expectations, we list it all online and on your welcome message as well. Hi Jess,We do apologize for any inconvenience caused during your stay. After going into your room after you left we saw that it was set on “auto” instead of “on.” We apologize our night staff didn’t go in to fix the issue at hand. They are trained to give another room if there is a major issue because we no longer have any maintenance staff on hand. Please accept our sincere apologies for any confusion and if we have a chance we would like to make it up to you.
