Great location, near perfect
This property is perfectly located to everything in Solvang! Great parking! Super clean. Only issues we had was it had poor ironing board, and poor wine glass selection. Nothing that is make or break, but, a high quality ironing board is great for people who travel and better wine glasses matter in wine country :)

Wonderful amenities and very clean
This was our second stay and we were just as impressed as the first time. The place is super well kept, clean and has every amenity you could need. The only thing was the garage is a little short and our minivan did not fit inside. But it was convenient to park right by the front door. The managers have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. Highly recommend if you would like an updated and clean place that can accommodate a family.

Enjoyed the property. I wonder if there’s anything that can be done about the very noisy water pump. If one person runs water or flushes a toilet when others are asleep, it may wake them.

Great place to stay
We stayed in this house for three nights with a teenager, a 10 year old and four adults. It worked out extremely well for us. Everything was in working order, it was easy to figure out. The hot tub was lots of fun, especially in the evenings. The house is within easy walking distance to everything in Solvang and we all had fun wandering around town. Thanks for everything!

Simple Kitchen
If you plan on cooking more than just simple meals, the kitchen is not very well stocked to prepare meals from an equipment perspective (mixing bowls, no set of measuring cups or measuring teaspoons, table spoons, limited pans). Just the basics. The BBQ grill worked well, so plan on using that if you want to do some extended cooking. Otherwise, the house was very comfortable for our two couples. Three couples would work, one couple would have twin beds. Great location right downtown Solvang.

Great location and comfortable stay
Our group of six women came for a weekend away without our kids and partners. David was easy to communicate with and flexible with early check in. We loved the location of the property, two blocks away from Paula's Pancake House. We could explore Solvang on foot and did not need to use our cars. The home was clean, and comfortably slept all of us. We would return in the future.

Perfect location!
The property was AWESOME! Close to shops and restaurants. Perfect for families- especially teens. Teens were able to come and go as they pleased. Clean and well appointed. Highly recommend for your next trip to Solvang!

Excellent Walkably to Town
We arrived a bit early and I text the owners to see if we could enter early and it was approved. The whole process was very easy. I love that the house are in their gated lot. I parked my car in the garage and never had to use it the entire time! We walked the whole town of Solvang. This house was at one end, so we would do a loop around town and back. The house was beautifully appointed with comfortable furniture in the living room and upstairs are the 3 bedrooms. The two guest rooms have a Jack and Jill bathroom. The primary room is very spacious and has a fireplace and the primary bathroom is lovely. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed but we didn’t do any cooking on this vacation. I HIGHLY recommend staying here and will definitely stay here my next time to Solvang.

A perfect place and a perfect stay!
Our family got together for my 60th birthday trip to Solvang, Santa Barbara and Morro Bay. The location is 40 minutes to Santa Barbara and an hour and 15 minutes to Morro Bay. It was warm but the A/C was perfect. We loved the bedrooms, all upstairs. 3 bathrooms, one shared by two bedrooms and one downstairs, so convenient! The beds were awesome, not too hard and not overly soft! There's a whirlpool tub and shower in master with 2 sinks....seriously, I would move into this house if I could! The kitchen was wonderful and there was ground coffee, an ice maker, huge fridge and all the utensils for us to make breakfast, lunch and dinner. We did some shopping for our visit at Albertsons 2 miles down the road for our 4 day stay with 5 people. We even made use of the fireplaces at night and first thing in the morning. Spent a lovely evening after lots of hiking, enjoying the outdoor Spa! We'll be back, it was such an amazing visit! Thank you so much for providing the perfect place for our family!

Perfect stay in Solvang
Excellent place for anyone wanting to stay in Solvang or the surrounding areas. Right in the middle of Solvang and walking distance to everything Solvang has to offer. Rented two houses for family vacation. Both were clean and had plenty of room for all of us to get together. Secure enclosed yard for dogs. Nice hot rub. Walking distance to bakeries, restaurants and shopping.

Great Choice
Lovely property for a girl’s getaway. We had such a good time staying there! The house is well equipped, clean, and had plenty of space for group hangouts and games. The only suggestion is to replace some dead lightbulbs and get a new can opener in the kitchen - other than those minor tweaks everything was perfect.

Comfy House, Great Location, Lousy Management
The house is exactly as pictured - very comfortable and centrally located. A few things need updating (wobbly table, closet doors that don't open properly) but those were minor issues. Unfortunately the owners were very unhelpful when we couldn't get the TV to work: when we called to report our difficulties, they blamed previous tenants and said they didn't know how to fix it. Then they gloated about getting it to work after we left. Not a great way to treat visitors. So if anything goes wrong during your stay, don't expect any help getting it fixed. Other than that, a cozy and convenient base for exploring Solvang and the surrounding area.

Great location in town, clean, and spacious inside
We will definitely return for future annual vacations. Our group of 5 enjoyed the spacious indoors and also used the outdoor BBQ and had good communication and responses from hosts.

David was a great host. Very quick to reply to my questions, always incredibly friendly, the check-in and out process was a breeze, the units themselves were spotless and perfect for my group. We rented two of his units right across the driveway from each other to house 7 childhood friends seeing each other for the first time in over 2 years. We had plenty of space, the units were the perfect size for most everyone to have their own room and the location was excellent to all things Solvang. Will definitely book again next time I’m up there.

Perfect Property
Spacious, clean property located one short block from downtown Solvang. The kitchen is very well equipped. The beds are very comfortable. Washer and dryer located upstairs near bedrooms, so no lugging laundry up and down stairs. Very quiet area. Would definitely stay here again.
