"This house was perfect and accommodated our large family of ten comfortably!! The kitchen was so spacious and with two living areas no one ever felt crowded! It was the perfect location to visit the beautiful sights of Santa Barbara, and it offered us the neighborhood we needed with two kids wanting to bike and walk safely! "Fantastic stay! Property and house were beautiful. We enjoyed eating outside - their outside loggia was beautiful. The house was well stocked and the kitchen was a great spot to cook. The beds were comfy and the tv room was fantastic. We probably played about 50 games of pool! TVs in almost every room. Dawn was a great host . She had a comprehensive info book about the property- which answered all our questions. We did wine tasting and three hikes within a half an hour from the house. My...
