Welcome to Heidetraum! Your stylish holiday home in Soltau, right in the heart of the Lüneburg Heath. Spread across two floors, you will find three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a high-quality kitchen. Enjoy the well-kept garden with BBQ and terrace, relax in nature and explore the region – Heide Park, Soltau Therme and the Designer Outlet are all nearby.



The Space:

The house offers generous living space across ground floor and upper floor. On the ground floor you will find a modern high-gloss kitchen (Siemens induction hob, oven, Nespresso, dishwasher), a bright living room with direct garden access, a guest bathroom with walk-in shower and a small bedroom with two single beds.



Upstairs there are two further bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with a double bed and air conditioning, and the spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed, air conditioning, dressing table and private balcony. The upstairs bathroom has a bathtub with handheld shower. In the basement, a Miele washing machine and Miele dryer are available (€4.50 per use).



Guest Access:

You can check in and out independently. Access is via a Nuki smart lock – your personal PIN code will be sent to you before arrival. Parking is available directly on the property (4 spaces).



The Neighborhood:

The house is located in a quiet residential area in Soltau (Lower Saxony), the gateway to the Lüneburg Heath. Within easy reach: Heide Park Resort, Soltau Therme, Designer Outlet Soltau, Lüneburg Heath Wildlife Park, and the historic old towns of Celle and Lüneburg.



Getting Around:

The house is easily accessible by car. Ample parking on the property (4 spaces). Soltau is situated on the A7 motorway and is well connected.



Other Things to Note:

Pets are unfortunately not allowed. Smoking only on the terrace (including e-cigarettes). Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm. No candles inside the house (fire safety). Washing machine and dryer available (€4.50 per use – please leave the amount in an envelope).
