The stone villa is in a great location to explore that area of Majorca. There is plenty of space and the kitchen and laundry is very well kitted out with everything you may need. Pool is great. A couple of improvements would make it perfect. The lounge is dirty and should be cleaned or replaced, bed linen is of poor quality, pillows are rock hard, and the wifi is patchy.

Fabulous villa

The check in process was very easy eventhough our flight was badly delayed. The property was fantastic - very clean, well furnished, good aircon, great modern kitchen and brilliant pool/outside area.The location is very good - near to 2 supermarkets and 20 mins walk to the centre of Soller. Brilliant holiday!

On arrival at the villa we were greeted by Miguel who gave us a tour of the accommodation and an introduction to the concise welcome pack. The villa is beautifully presented and well designed. It was clean, well maintained and very comfortable. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and would not hesitate to recommend or return.

Das große Anwesen ist in traumhafter Lage nahe der Stadt und inmitten von Orangenbäumen mit Blick auf die Berge. Die Villa ist super ausgestattet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und nichts vermisst. Besonders hat uns der mit Holz beheizte Pizzaofen in der Außenküche gefallen. Wir kommen gerne bald wieder.

Ein Ferienhaus ganz nach unseren Vorstellungen

Unsere Familie hat eine Woche Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Steinhaus verbracht. Es passte alles, die Lage, die Ausstattung, die Umgebung. Von der Terrasse hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf das Gebirge, auf den Sonnenliegen kann man wunderbar entspannen, es ist absolut ruhig. Der Garten ist mit vielen mediterranen Pflanzen angelegt und gut gepflegt. Die Küche ist außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet. In jeder Hinsicht gibt es ***** !

fabulous house in Soller

We really enjoyed our stay on this estate and had a wonderful time in the area. The location is very good, and the facilities were excellent. We would definitely stay again, and we regret not staying longer. Suggested improvements were minor, such as more choice in pillow hardness and it would have been nice to be able to read up on the agriculture taking place on the property.

Toller Aufenthalt!

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche mit zwei Familien in der Finca verbracht. Wir waren absolut zufrieden. Der Pool ist toll und wurde viel genutzt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und es gab (was für Mallorca ungewöhnlich ist) keinerlei Ameisen o.ä.. Die Küche ist äußerst gut ausgestattet. Viele Ausstattungsgegenstände findet man sonst selten (Springform, Küchenwaage etc.) Der Blick auf das Tramuntana Gebirge war einfach unglaublich. Abends war es erfreulich ruhig für die Lage. Ab und zu kam ein Auto vorbei oder ein Hund bellte. Absolute Empfehlung!

Wonderful house in fantastic surroundings

The house is fabulous! Well equipped, large bedrooms, large family area, and a beautiful garden & pool area! The kitchen is fantastic and the grill next to the kitchen too. Everything is very well planned and we felt at home instantly. We spend the first week in November in the house and had bad luck with the weather, but that didn't bother us given that the house is so comforting and Soller is a walk away. If you stay in this house we can recommend grocery shopping at the Cooperativa Agricola just around the corner! Great produce and freshly baked bread! We hope to return soon!

Absolutely beautiful home in a stunning location

This truly was a magical stay in paradise. The home itself is perfect for groups, with a large open concept living area so everyone can be together comfortably, but all the rooms are large enough to enjoy your own space as well. The design and amenities are modern and has everything you might need (and more). The outdoor pool area is incredible - the large shaded area is perfect for enjoying meals and relaxing when you aren't enjoying the beautiful salt water pool, surrounded by beautiful flowers and lush greenery. And the views... the spectacular Tramuntanas are the most incredible backdrop, changing throughout the course of the day as the sun shifts. We loved being so close to Soller, the beaches, hikes and nearby towns. Overall, our stay was perfect - everything about the space, service, ameneties and experience was incredible.

Spacious, comfortable and everything you need

The house and its grounds are beautiful, spacious and traditional, but also comfortably modern on the inside. All the conveniences you needed, a huge pool, plenty of outside dining space, well equipped kitchen, outdoor pizza oven and TV and entertainment for the kids when they wore themselves out. The property manager was always available if we had any questions. Looking forward to returning next year.

Soller Holiday

Fantastic property close by Soller, Quiet area with amazing view of the mountain, The villa is very well equipped, modern with everything you could ask for, spacious and very generous social areas and kitchen. All four bedrooms had black out blinds and quiet air condition. Out doors areas were we spent most of our time have a fantastic kitchen with bbq and pizza oven. Pool area with sun lounges and shaded area have a big family table which is great for late evening dinners and socialising. Over all a fantastic place to spend your holiday in.

Perfect villa

This villa far exceeded our expectations, it is very well stocked and in a beautiful setting. Eight of us stayed there with plenty of space and there are plenty of bathrooms. The pool with the view over the mountains is absolutely stunning. The kitchen is big and well stocked with a great induction stove, dishwasher and outdoor pizza oven. Miguel the property manager was extremely helpful and contactable all the time. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic

This villa exceeded our expectations. The booking process, check in and efficiency of the owner and local manager was thorough and friendly and always helpful. The villa itself is perfect. Beautiful, clean and huge in a great quiet location and had everything you can think of for a self catering villa holiday. We always book villas but never had the equipment this one has at your disposal. It was a 15-20 minute walk from the centre of lovely Soller with a weekly market and a great choice of shops and restaurants where you can also get the little train to Porto Soller (7 euros each each way) which runs frequently day and night. A taxi home from the Port was also reasonable (approx 11 euros) but be warned the villa is hard to find and the first time we weren’t sure so the taxi drivers dropped us nearby. There is a lovely local restaurant about a five minute walk from the villa and if you don’t want to venture out delivery is also available for some food (we didn’t try it) if you don’t feel like using the amazing outdoor kitchen or cooking. There are a couple of local supermarkets to drive to (good luck on direction) and a couple to walk to and the owner provided a trolly to use .....the attention to detail is amazing. The view from the villa is spectacular and the pool and pool area huge for a villa holiday. We didn’t really want to leave and will definitely go back again.
