This was a 10/10! Loved this place so much! I will say, the small dirt road to get up there was tricky at first (a one-lane road, for both sides). After a while, you get the hang of it! The lady who showed us to our room was so sweet. You'll catch some donkeys and sheeps roaming around! Plus the pool looking into the beach view from a distance was pretty awesome! Lastly, the breakfast was soooooooo yummy! Great cappuccinos, breads and more!

What a beautiful and peaceful place! We enjoyed the access to hiking trails into Port de Soller. Breakfast spread was amazing. The views from the panorama suites were incredible. The staff went above and beyond to help.

We had an amazing stay at this tranquil estate. The staff was friendly and accommodating; we didn’t want to leave! The narrow mountain road to the hotel took a bit of effort (recommend a small car with good turning radius) but it’s well worth the journey. We will definitely be back!

Truly unique place very quiet tranquil and beautiful. Staff cannot do enough for you. Pool has the most incredible view simple tasty food. The road up to the hotel is nuts though good luck!

The stay at Muleta was incredible. We had the most amazing time, the staff is exceptional. It’s a very small hotel (I think only 10 rooms) so you see the same faces most of the time and it feels like you are staying at a private house and just see your neighbors. 10/10 already planning to come back!

Excellent Stay. Recommend in Soller.

Nice property and very helpful/friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Included breakfast was well stocked and available dinner was a nice addition. Road up/down hill from property can be a little treacherous.

Muleta de Ca S'Hereu has a stunning location. The pool is lovely, with the amazing port view from the photos, and it's well placed for Sóller and Port de Sóller. Getting there is an adventure of curves, and not for anyone scared of heights! The hotel is 7–10 minutes from the first normal road, so don't plan on many trips in and out. That wasn't a problem for me, but it's worth knowing. Beyond that, things went downhill. Check-in and check-out were bland: no tour and no explanation, so we figured everything out ourselves. After weeks at various places around the island, this was by far the weakest welcome. Restaurant service was nearly nonexistent. We constantly had to get up to ask for drinks or a menu. The food was good, and breakfast was as good as advertised. Pre-ordering dinner by 3pm isn't ideal but understandable given the location and small staff. The room was the biggest letdown. Old is fine given the history, but the bathroom was dirty, with a constant sewage and sulfur (rotten egg) smell, and the shower floor was dirty and moldy. That's unacceptable in any hotel. The rest of the room was clean, just dated. We spent most of our stay exploring the towns instead. At €500, you should expect much better, and with maybe 12–14 guests, staff should be far more present. I booked based on reviews and hope this one gives future guests a more honest picture.

Everything here was exceptional. The place is so unique with incredible views and totally relaxing and the food is delicious. Be prepared for a steep windy drive up to the property - worth it! Highly recommend.

This was the most beautiful room I have ever stayed in in my life. It’s on a hilltop overlooking olive orchards and you can see that the port below. It’s in a 500 year old olive oil facility. The road up with switchbacks is fun in a small car.

Super nettes und hilfsbereites Team, fantastisches Frühstück, Restauarant abends auch wunderbar mit angemessenen Preisen. Ausreichend Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft. Sehr enge Serpentinen in der Anfahrt auf dem Grundstück. Nur mit kleineren Mietwagen zu empfehlen.

We absolutely loved this hotel and likely going back next year. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff was kind and generous. The food was outstanding. Yes - there is a challenging road to get here but it would not prevent us from choosing. 10/10

Lovely stay and would definitely return. Beautiful spot and staff very friendly and welcoming. The only downside is the road up to the property which is very, very tight. This does stop you ‘nipping out’ for dinner etc. Hire a small car! A couple of guests had mopeds while we were there and we would definitely do this next time around. Other than the road this place is perfect.

Unforgettable

The hotel is truly wonderful! Very beautiful view, very friendly staff, and the food is fabulous. We’ve rarely had such a delicious paella — everything we ate was freshly prepared, really a 10 out of 10. The breakfast was also excellent, freshly made every day, with a perfect selection, and the view made it unforgettable! However, it must be said that driving up there by car is quite challenging. It’s best not to have a car that’s too big, but one with plenty of power and ideally an automatic transmission.

Endroit magnifique et très calme, havre de paix non loin du port (30 minutes à pied ) Chambres spacieuses et très propres, peut-être un peu sombres ( les suites sont beaucoup plus lumineuses) Très bon petit déjeuner que l’on peut prendre dans le magnifique jardin Piscine agréable dont l’aménagement manque un peu de charme Attention : l’accès en voiture est vraiment très compliqué, privilégier une petite voiture avec de la reprise En synthèse , très bel endroit qui pourrait être encore plus beau avec quelques touches déco supplémentaires…

Tolle Adresse für Ruhe suchende und Naturliebhaber

Dies war meine erste Erfahrung mit zwei Übernachtungen in einem kleinen Finca Hotel. Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt toll, eine super Erfahrung wenn man Ruhe sucht und gerne Natur und den direkten Wanderwegzugang in der Umgebung hat. Da es ein sehr kleines Hotel ist ist jeweils nur wenig Personal da, somit nicht einfach jemanden rasch zu sprechen wenn man eine Frage hat. Das Hotel liegt in wunderschöner naturbelassener Umgebung. Wie schon aus anderen Reiseberichten zu entnehmen war jedoch der Weg zum Hotel mit dem Auto nicht ganz einfach zu fahren. Da bin selbst ich als geübter Fahrer teilweise ins Schwitzen gekommen. Es empfiehlt sich definitiv ein kleineres Auto (hatte einen Golf). Wenn man also tagtäglich Ausflüge mit dem Auto plant und rauf und runter fahren muss sicher nicht ideal. Offenbar bieten sie jedoch auch einen Shuttle-Service an. Hatte ein schönes Zimmer nach hinten mit grosser Terrasse die von morgens früh bis abends spät besonnt war, herrlich. Zudem hat das Hotel einen schönen kleinen Pool mit toller Aussicht auf Port de Sollér. Ein Nachteil ist dass das Nachtessen bis 14.00 bestellt werden muss wenn man im Hotel essen möchte. Das lässt natürlich keine Spontanentscheidung zu. Zudem ist der Fussweg nach Port de Sollér relativ weit (sicher 30-40 Minuten). Es hat weit und breit nichts (keine Shops, keine Restaurants, keine Hotels). Fazit: Definitiv eine tolle Adresse für Ruhe suchende und Naturliebhaber
