An excellent holiday home which is furnished and equipped to a high standard. The property was clean and the hosts were very welcoming, answering any questions we had. Lovely communal pool are with nice views which was very quiet during our visit.

Beautiful location

Stunning villa in a fabulous location, the property has everything you need and more. Peaceful location with panoramic views over the hills. The pool just a few minutes walk from the villa is a gem. Ute was an excellent host thank you

Wir haben in dem tollen und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus einen perfekten Urlaub verbracht. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin und der Check-in waren top, alles war so, wie beschrieben. Selbst das Wetter entsprach den Fotos des Inserates :o)

This is a super clean and perfectly maintained home atop a hill with beautiful views and high-end craftsmanship. Ute is a lovely host and we had a wonderful time staying there.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in Port de Soller. Das Haus ist schön aufgeteilt, sauber und hat tolle Terrassen. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft. Parken ist ein wenig herausfordernd, aber machbar. Es gibt gute Restaurants in der Nähe.

Wonderful summer holiday

Our family of four just spent a wonderful week at this villa. The place is spacious, clean and well equipped. The outside spaces are lovely and the views are gorgeous: makes the walk up the hill worth it! The shared pool was fab and we were lucky enough to get it all to ourselves a few times. We loved it and would love to come back some day.

Fantastic house with views in great location

Great property, spacious rooms, great outdoor space with views across to mountains. Extremely helpful managers, met us on arrival and gave us lots of useful information. Quite an uphill walk from beach but location makes it worth it. Good pool, never that busy.

Lovely spot in a wonderful town

What a lovely property Lots of room for our family of 4 We spent 5 nights and loved it Large private patios at the property were very enjoyed We drove down five minutes to the town as the hill it steep and it was very hot outside. Lots of parking in the marina. Very clean and tidy property. Check in was great and Ute was nice to deal with and explained everything to us at check in and answered any questions we had promptly during our stay. Would highly recommend this property!

Fantastic Luxury Villa

Just back from an amazing stay! Everything in the villa is extremely high quality lots of space for a family of four with two teenagers and great having two en-suites plus cloakroom on ground floor. Lots of outside space and amazing views. The communal swimming pool is a few houses down, was lovely and always sun beds available. Ute was extremely accommodating and helpful when we arrived after an extremely early flight!! Would recommend getting a car as it’s a good 10/15 min walk up the hill (and to explore the island) however stunning location and taxis are readily available in the port where you will also find great restaurants, bars and shops. Hope to be back soon!

Wonderful Stay

We were in Sóller celebrating a 50th birthday. The villa was perfect for the four of us, lovely and bright inside, well decorated and very clean. Both bedrooms had their own bathroom and the main bedroom was very big with access to the veranda. The outdoor space was amazing with two areas to eat and plenty of sun lounger space. The communal pool was a bonus, a very short stroll and we often had it to ourselves. Our contact Ute was really helpful and stayed in touch and as we didn’t have a car helped with airport transfers. The villa looks over the Port and has lovely views. The local shops and restaurants were a short walk away, the return walk was a little longer as you have to navigate the hill but we did it every evening and it wasn’t too difficult. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return one day.

Schöne Lage, gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus

Das Haus hat eine schöne Lage über Port de Soller und ist schön eingerichtet, mit allem was man braucht. Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig, Die Verwalterin selbst war während unserer Zeit nicht da, aber die Kommunikation über Whatsapp hat sehr gut funktioniert und es war auch jemand vor Ort. Man sollte wegen der Parksituation (enge Parkplätze auf dem Gehweg zwischen Säulen; der eigentlich zugehörige Parkplatz wurde häufig von anderen benutzt) kein größeres Auto haben wenn man direkt unter dem Haus parken möchte. In einigen hundert Metern Entfernung gibt es jedoch auch größere Parkplätze am Straßenrand. Port de Soller ist ein sehr angenehmer Ort, wenn man eine Kombination aus Wander- und Badeurlaub machen möchte.

Beautiful property

This is a beautifully decorated two bedroom villa and immaculately clean. The bedrooms are well sized and both have lovely en-suites. There isn’t a door on the twin bedroom en-suite which may be an issue for some. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, crockery and a few cooking essentials (salt, oil etc). Access to the villa from the street is up three flights of steps. The views are amazing and there are plenty of external seating areas (covered and uncovered). Lots of comfortable seating, cushions and sun beds. The communal swimming pool is not on or adjacent to the villa property - it is a very nice pool and it is about 10 properties further down the road. As a result, we didn’t use the pool much as there wasn’t changing facilities or a bar there. Separate pool towels are provided. I suggest that you need car hire or a scooter - this villa is on the hill over the town (hence the great views)and it’s a steep walk. Do’able and takes about 20 mins up but a hard walk when carrying food shopping. And not for those with any mobility issues. Ute (property manager) is amazing and so helpful - I can’t praise her enough for being so helpful.

Es handelt sich um eine wunderschöne Wohnung, die alles an Ausstattung hat, was man sich wünscht.

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Terrassen der Wohnung sind riesig und bieten einen fantastischen Blick auf die Berge und auf Port de Soller. Wer das Gebiet um Port de Soller kennt, weiß, dass es nirgends auf der Insel schöner ist. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Amazing villa, great location!!

Very nice villa - you won't be disappointed. Location great, amazing views. A steep walk home from the port so be warned. Great for the glutes and hammies though 😂😂. 5 star 👌🏼

Sóller in dieser schönen Unterkunft

Wir waren überaus zufrieden mit diesem Objekt, es bietet alles an Komfort den man sich wünscht. Sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet!! Die Ankunft und Übergabe verlief super. Wir würden dieses Objekt gerne sehr weiterempfehlen !!! P.s.: wir wurden sehr nett und freundlich begrüßt und hatten keinerlei Probleme!!!

Amazing views, luxorius home

Me and two friends had a great week stay at this property. The house is impeccable, outfitted with most modern amenities and has amazing outdoor space and views. The communal pool was lovely and a short walk away, we used it daily. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Our only criticism would be the extra charges you must pay when you arrive, $15 per person for use of towels and linens and an extra cleaning fee in addition to the already high cost to stay there seemed unnecessary. Additionally, the house lacked basic amenities you'd assume to be offered. There was no soap, shampoo and limited toilet paper and paper towels offered. There are also no beach towels offered which seems ridiculous considering the house is a beach house and turkish beach towels are a cheap thing to be able to offer guests.

Fantastic villa

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastic villa. Lots of space, incredibly clean with everything you could need (including wifi and air con) and the views are amazing. The shared pool is really big and clean and was never busy when we were there. Ute was so lovely and helpful and kind and made our stay perfect. Thank you so much.
