There is also a spacious entrance area for storing bikes or drying clothes. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a high chair, a crib, and a stove, ensuring a comfortable stay year-round. Parking spaces are available within a 5 to 10-minute walk from the property. The house is an ideal starting point for mountain excursions. Thanks to its central location, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafés, the nearest bus stop, and the train station are all just a few minutes’ walk away (bus stop: 350 m; train station: 400 m). The nearest beach, in Port de Sóller, is about 10 minutes away by car.



The roof has been renovated for improved thermal insulation and waterproofing. The house offers central heating, air conditioning with heat pump, and a wood-burning stove. Central heating operates on a timer to encourage responsible fuel use. Energy consumption (electricity and heating oil) is available for an extra fee.



The house is distributed over three floors with stairs and several mezzanines, so it is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
