  • This town house has just been fully renovated and decorated with top quality fittings and furnitures.
    The views are just spectacular and the location is magical.
    The house has got 3 levels.
    On the ground floor we have the entrance to a bright dinning area, the lounge with satelite TV and wood burning stove for winter stays, and we here have a bathroom with walk in shower.
    To the left of the entrance we go up a few steps that leads to the fully equipped kitchen from which you can access the garden and porch area. Enjoy breakfast here with the panoramic views over the valley of Soller or just enjoy the comfy sofas under the porch with an nice glass of wine!
    Second floor we have 2 double bedrooms and another bathroom with shower and bath.
    Third floor, another double bedroom with private roof terrace.
    There is AC all over the house and free WIFI.

An amazing month in Biniaraix!

We stayed and worked here for a month last August/September, and had the most brilliant time. Magdalena was the perfect host- nothing was too much trouble and she was very easy to communicate with. The house was beautiful and very clean, and very well equipped, with plenty of room and space for families. The beds were very comfortable and are bedding was changed regularly during our stay. The village has a lovely local restaurant with excellent food within a few minutes walk. The view from the house is breath taking- you could sit there all day watching the world go by! You will need a car to get about, there is a very good parking space nearby. The house is one of the best we have stayed it, beautifully presented and just as in the pictures if not better, we loved every moment and we would very much like to come back! Thank you so much Magdalena!

Sehr schönes Haus

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr zweckmäßig und hat verschiedene Ebenen mit vielen Treppen, wir fanden es sehr schön. Es war gut beheizbar, alles war sehr sauber und es ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Bei einem defekten Gerät wurde noch am gleichen Tag Ersatz vorbei gebracht. Man muss sich darauf einstellen, dass man das Auto weiter unten am Berg parken muss und es unter Umständen auch schwierig sein kann, einen geeigneten Parkplatz zu finden. Aber das war kein Problem für uns.

Super Ferienhaus im Bergdorf

Das Haus liegt malerisch im alten Dorfkern, sehr ruhig, tolle Aussicht über das Tal, super Terrasse mit mehreren Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten, überdacht oder unter Palmen. Sehr gute Ausstattung mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage, sehr sauber. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und werden wiederkommen.

Ein Bad der Sinne und eine Oase der Ruhe

Fantastisches Interieure, modern und voller Frische, wirkte als Mietobjekt sehr herausragend und auch bei regnerischem Wetter gemütlich! Die Lage des Hauses ist wunderschön, so hat man einerseits einen grossartigen Weitblick auf das nahe Soller und ist gleichzeitig umgeben von den blühenden Orangen- und Zitronenbäumen! Vom kleinen gefangenen Balkon im obersten Schlafzimmer blickt man in die schroffen , wilden Berge mir dem alten Steinweg aus maurischen Zeiten, dem es Barranc! Habe 2 wunderbare Monate erlebt iund werde bestimmt bald wieder kommen!

Erholung Pur!

Ein tolles Ferienhaus mit direktem Anschluß an den Tramutana Wanderweg. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Auch die Nähe zu Sôller mit den vielen kleinen Geschäften und Restaurants ist von Vorteil. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wunderschönes Haus

Wir waren für 2 Wochen in dem schönen Haus in Biniaraix. Das Haus war sehr sauber, grosszügig und es hat alles was man braucht. Die Terrasse ist toll und der Ausblick wunderschön. Wir haben es sehr genossen. (Das Mietauto sollte nicht zu gross sein da die Gassen und Parkmöglichkeiten sehr eng sind in Biniaraix:) Vielen Dank liebe Magdalena für alles!

Highlight im Sollertal

Außergewöhnlich schönes Ferienhaus, behutsam renoviert und stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Highlight ist die Terrasse mit Blick übers Tal und Soller, auf der man sicherlich die meiste Zeit verbringen wird. Toller Eßplatz, gemütliche Liegestühle unter Palmen , nette Lounge-Ecke unterm Dach. 3 nette Schlafzimmer mit liebevoll gemachten Betten, 2 Bäder und noch einer Dachterrasse, die wir allerdings angesichts der tollen unteren Terrasse mit perfekter Aufenthalts-Qualität gar nicht genutzt haben. Ich möchte es hier auch gar nicht zu viel loben, denn wir wollen wiederkommen und es wäre schade, wenn andere unseren Platz einnehmen ;-) Es ist ein echter Geheimtipp. Liebe Magdalena, herzlichen Dank hierfür und für alles Sonstige!

The pictures really do not do this property justice. The house is an absolute dream in the most quaint/beautiful town. Everything was perfection. From the views (beyond beautiful), to the decor, old charm mixed with current amenities, thoughtfulness for people with small children (high chairs, travel booster seat etc.. we traveled with a 2 and 4 yr old so this was such a bonus) roof top and the best patio area! Did I mention how charming the cobblestone street was? Ah! Wish I was back there now. So happy we found it and will hopefully return. :) Gracias!

Wonderful property and location!

We have just returned from 9 days stay at this villa. It really is a beautiful property in a lovely and peaceful location. The views are amazing. The villa is well equipped and there was nothing else we required. The outside terrace is lovely and spacious. Bar Molino down the road has excellent food. We will definitely stay here again!

Simply...WOOOOOW!!

I cannot believe we found this goregeous house in this little village. We had the most fantastic stay and despite not having a car we enjoyed the walks into town and took a few taxis after some evenings out. The house is totally new, all super clean and full of the most enchanting decortive pieces. We felt like staying in one of those houses that you see in the magazines! Will be back!

Excellent location, premium property

Excellent hillside location overlooking the nearby Soller and situated in an adorable village. The house in/exterior was excellent and well-functioning in all aspects (incl the wifi when uses by 3 teens ). In other words, the property fully met - and exceeded - our high expectations based on the property description.
