"The location makes for easy travel around downtown SLC. The place was very clean, and check in and out were very easy. The only reason it's not 5 stars is the noise. There is something mechanical in the basement that makes noise every few minutes that is loudest in the back bedroom and you can feel the vibration in the bed, so it makes it hard to sleep. And the front bedroom is by a main road, so it can also be noisy."

"Overall, a sweet duplex with a fun little backyard green space with fire pit. Good kitchen for small meal prep. Great mattress and bedding. Updating the carpet in the living room would bring it up a notch. Owner is attentive and helpful. Thank you."

"Nice quiet neighborhood with nearby walking paths. Close to shopping and dining along with recreation options. Nikki was great - greeted us on arrival and was great with communication. If you are traveling with small children, the unit has a lot to keep the kiddos busy and entertained. Bed was comfortable and kitchen had all necessary items for our short stay."

"It was cold! There was only one additional blanket and no control over the thermostat. Thank you for the space heater but its not safe to leave it running all night and the bedrooms were cold."
