This is an active fishing property with shared areas used by other anglers. This is not a luxury resort. Expect a practical setup built around fishing and processing rather than a quiet retreat.
Wildlife is common in the area. Guests should remain aware of their surroundings and follow basic outdoor safety practices.
The host lives on-site, and other guests may be present. Campfires and normal outdoor activity are common in the evenings. This booking is for one unit within a shared property. Processing facilities and outdoor areas may be shared with other guests.

No gutting or cleaning whole fish anywhere on the property. Filleting cleaned fish is permitted. Fish carcasses must be taken to the designated dump station. Guests must clean the fillet station after each use.
