Only 150 metres walk to the water’s edge of Sunset Beach, where you can catch a fish straight off the pier, or continue walking another 600m to the Soldiers Point Marina, where you can grab your favourite coffee, a delicious meal or even a massage.
Sunrise Beach is only a 250m walk away, where you can go for a swim and often spot dolphins frolicking close to shore. A quick 3-minute drive to launch your boat at Soldiers Point boat ramp or a stunning 15min walk along the waters edge and you will find yourself at Cheeky Dog Pub, or Soldier's Point Bowling Club Only an easy 10-minute drive to Salamander Bay shopping centre and a 15-minute drive into the heart of Nelson Bay.

Sunset Jewel has beautiful water views from this luxury and desirable three level 4-bedroom newly furnished holiday home. The open plan living/ dining area are located on the upper level and is tiled throughout, it offers free unlimited Wi-Fi, large wall mounted Smart TV, ceiling fans, ducted air conditioning and stunning quality furnishings and opens out to the outdoor undercover alfresco with gas BBQ, a perfect space to capture the views, creating an unparalleled sense of space blending the outdoor with the indoor.
There is also a fully equipped kitchen on this level, the kitchen is fitted with stunning stone benchtops, plumbed family size fridge, electric cooktop and oven, microwave, dishwasher, and K-Fee coffee pod machine (don't forget to bring your favourite pods!). The exceptional master bedroom with private ensuite and walk in robe is located three steps up from the living area, the master bedroom has a King Bed with linen and bed making, Smart TV, Ceiling Fan, Ducted Air Conditioning and large ensuite fitted with a shower, toilet, and vanity.
The mid level of this property has the second bedroom with a King Bedroom with linen and bed making and ceiling fan. The main bathroom is located near the second bedroom, it has a small bath, shower, vanity and separate toilet, the property also provides a large internal laundry on this level with a front loader washing machine, dryer, bar fridge and microwave – making this perfect for guests on the lower levels.
Down a few more stairs will take you to the front entrance and two more bedrooms. Bedroom three has 2 King Single beds that can be pushed together to make a King (these are made with linen as 2 King Single Beds) and ceiling fan. The fourth bedroom is set for a children’s area with two bunk beds (top bunk beds are only suitable for children).
Heading outside you will also find another outdoor undercover alfresco in the backyard, this is a beautiful shady space to sit back and take in the calming gardens, peace, and tranquillity.
There is also a double car lock up garage with a pool table / air hockey table for the kids and young kids at heart, boat parking is available on the front of the property where the owners have concreted part of the grass area - please note that the driveway is steep.
Note: This property is strictly a non-smoking environment.
Sleeps ten in total with a maximum eight adults (top bunk beds are not suitable for adults). An outside security camera is installed onsite facing the driveway.
