Host sent a great pre-checkin email and responded to texts almost immediately. The home has virtually everything you need. Perfect spot for beach, restaurants, visiting nearby tourist spots. The home is comfortable and looks just like the photos. We had an amazing time.

Great place, walkable to restaurants, beach etc and our dogs loved the fully fenced yard! Has everything you could possibly need for a great stay!

Loved spending time with the family & our dog at this cute home. The welcome wine & flowers were a nice touch as was having space to accommodate us so comfortably. Definitely enjoyed the convenient access to the beach, restaurants & cute stores. The home is a little older and although the train runs nearby, the noise wasn't an issue. The host sent lots of useful information and tips for the area. Would definitely consider staying here the next time we are in sunny Solana Beach!

The bouquet of flowers and the picnic basket was a nice touch when we arrived. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. The beds were comfortable but bathrooms were a little tight for sharing with another person. The location and neighborhood was perfect. Overall we really enjoyed the home and would definitely rent there for future visits.

Great rental! Loved the walkable neighborhood - very quiet, lots of views. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. House is very clean with bright kitchen/living area. Nice touches like new sponges and fresh flowers. We would absolutely stay here again. We are locals temporarily out of our house for a remodel so we know you can't beat Solana Beach - great place to spend some time! Walked to Barefoot Roasters for coffee, Rare Society for dinner, and Culture Brewery for great local craft beer.

Wonderful Home and Host

Everything was perfect from check in to check out. House was clean, with a great location, and had all the amenities and then some. Fantastic host that communicated all needed details and then some. 10/10.

This charming home is conveniently located, pet friendly and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The host checked in with us to make sure we didn’t need anything. He was amazing and we appreciated his attentiveness. I have to comment on the 2 king sized beds….they were COMFORTABLE!!!! When you are away from home, a comfortable bed is important. Many times we have used VRBO and the beds were so bad, sagging, that I would have rather slept on the floor at 65. We loved this home and the host and will definitely want to rent it again when we are in town.

The host was very good with communication prior to and during the stay. The home is in a great location just a 10 min walk to the beach. There were some maintenance issues, i.e. electrical outlet that was not working (impacted the ability to work in the home), and wear and tear on dishwasher and refrigerator that need to be addressed. In the photos it shows the desk in a bedroom and that is not the case its in the main living space, which made it more challenging to work. Just food for thought for those that work remotely. I
