I think the owners have done a wonderful job with updating and furnishing the condo. And it was very comfortable Most of the problem were accessibility for my husband who uses a walker and has difficulties with stairs. There really wasn’t a convenient way to access the condo without using stairs. The management company seemed like they were using AI to answer some of my messages and they didn’t make sense. The keys left did not open the gate to the main pool and when I asked them about that they didn’t clarify why. There was no map of the complex left in the room which would have been helpful. They ask you to take out the trash when you leave but don’t tell you where to take it. When I messaged they said take it to the garage which was a distance away so I refused to lug it all the way there. Upon checkout you need the garage clicker to open the gates. But then you have to park on the street and run back to the condo to leave the clicker there before locking up. There were a few items that would have been nice to find: some kitchen scissors, a set of measuring spoons and some towel hooks in the main bathroom. Also a bedside reading lamp in the room with the twin beds would have been nice. These are just minor things. Overall the condo was very nice. The problems were with the management company.
