We had an amazing stay at this property. The condo was spacious, easy to access, everything was provided to make the move in/out easy. We loved having the end unit, it was quiet and had a beautiful view with easy access to the garage and assigned parking spaces. The few things we contacted Micah for were addressed within minutes. The condo was very well equipped from the kitchen to the beach toys. We were 6 adults plus a 2 yr old and there was plenty of space for everyone. I was worried about no air conditioning but with open windows in the evening and the incredible ocean breeze, everyone was comfortable (my adult son runs very hot and he had no complaints)! The beds were comfy, we enjoyed the pool, hot tub and tennis courts. There were so many things to do within walking distance - beach, playground, coffee shops, restaurants, winery tasting room, etc. we only left the area once during the week.We would love to come back and stay here again!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

The property is beautiful with high end finishes. The kitchen has everything you need to cook or grill. All the bedrooms have very comfortable beds and the primary bedroom is luxurious. It is very kid friendly with plenty of beach equipment and toys. We loved the view out onto the ocean. It is above the beach so you don't have people walking by. There is a park very close by and getting to the beach is an easy walk. Restaurants, bakeries and ice cream are only a short walk away. We have been coming for several years and this is by far the best rental we've gotten.

This oceanside condo was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our family needs. It was clean as a whistle and well stocked. The location is ideal - walking distance to EVERYTHING - beach, restaurants, parks. Just lovely.

A world away a few hours away

Stepping out of the Arizona heat and enjoying cool mornings great neighborhoods beautiful location is what my family needed. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time away and don’t want everybody to know about this little Jimm of a location, but it’s worth it.

Very well stocked condo with nice views!

This condo was much better equipped than we expected. The views were nice of the water.Sort of disappointed by the walk to the beach. It's not that far but it is down a steep hill, which means you have to go back up that hill to leave. That's fine for the kids but not an old person with MS (me).The only other 'gotcha' is that the parking garage is 6'4" and the antenna fin on our Jeep Wagoneer hit the 'garage is this tall' sign, so I pulled out of the garage and parked in the visitor parking. I'm pretty sure that if we had less than 6 people in the Jeep it would have been worse.Other than that no complaints. I'd definitely recommend this condo.

Fun in the sun

Place was absolutely amazing. Very well stocked with all the essentials you would need. there was a great supply of beach toys, a wagon, beach chairs, pickleball paddles tennis rackets, games and puzzles, The view from the deck was awesome. easy walk to the beach, dining and shopping. Would definitely stay here again and we have recommended it to our friends.

Fabulous!

The directions to the unit are clear. There are two covered parking spots and EV charging. The elevator makes it easy to get luggage and groceries up to the unit. The keys are in a lockbox for easy entry and a safe place to keep them while away. Walking into the unit there is a breathtaking view of the ocean. The kitchen is outstanding and has all the utensils needed. There is a nice Weber gas grill. The furniture is comfortable as are the beds and the unit is quiet for a good nights sleep. The bathrooms are clean and bright. The consumables are in good supply. There are rackets and balls for pickleball and tennis and courts on site. There are beach supplies and an easy walk to the beach and surf board rentals The pool and hot tub are well maintained. We plan on returning next year.

Fabulous Location and View

This unit is in a great complex that is quiet and walking distance to everything in Solana Beach. Lovely to wake up to the ocean view every morning and watch amazing sunsets at night. Enjoyed having the pool and hot tub. Would stay here again if in the area.

Absolutely amazing!

This place is as amazing as it looks in the pictures, maybe even better! The view is spectacular. It is literally walking distance to the beach, downtown, restaurants, shops, Del Mar racetrack, the train station and so much more The home is well-maintained and fully stocked. Like others have mentioned there is a little bit of post office noise so if you are noise sensitive, just bring noise canceling headphones and that does the trick. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided as well as any other necessities that you might need. The bedrooms are spaced away from each other perfectly. We really loved this home and enjoyed our stay. And we will most definitely be returning!

Perfect time away

The hustle and craziness just stops as our family took time to enjoy the cozy place at the beach. Even though the facility was renovating the front wall our daily time at the beach was quiet and blissful. Far Exceeded Our Expectations

Upon opening the front door, we were greeted with a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean. The rest of the well decorated interior only enhanced our pleasure in staying at this VRBO. It is one of the most well stocked and maintained condos we have experienced. Location, elegance, style, this one has it all. We can't wait to return.

A Great Place to Stay in Solana Beach

We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this location to others. The listing and photos accurately represented the unit. The location in Solana beach is great - good view of the ocean and walking distance to beach, shops, and restaurants. It is clean, modern and well stocked. We had 6 adults and found the unit to be spacious (we appreciated the 3 bathrooms!). The kitchen had everything we needed to cook in and the dinner table was large enough to easily sit 6 and up to 8. The living room and couch were comfortable and provided a good place to be together. Our group enjoyed access to the pickle ball courts, walking/running on the water, and an easy drive up to Cardiff and Encinitas. We would definitely stay here again.

Spring Break

All I can say is wow! What an awesome place. It is spacious 3 bedrooms with 3 full baths. Awesome kitchen and with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. It is a private gated area. Very quiet indeed. Has all the amenities one could ask for. If you are visiting San Diego this is the place to stay! We had an awesome time and would definitely stay here again if we return.

We can’t think of anything we would change about this condo. The kitchen is well stocked with nice appliances. Beds are comfy. The pictures need to be videos so you can actually hear the ocean in them. The patio got a lot of use. We will be staying here again.

Fantastic, spacious apartment with stunning views

Had a great week in Solana Beach in this property. It'a a VERY spacious 3-bedroom that accommodated 5 adults and one 4 year old with absolutely no cramping- plenty of couch and table space, bathrooms, etc. And all 6 people out there on the patio daily staring at that amazing view. Micah and Alyssa are responsive and helpful and in general everything was even better than advertised. Highly recommend.

Best rental ever! AMAZING!

We cannot say enough nice things about this property or the owners. The amenities were amazing, the house was very well stocked, owners very communicative and layout perfect. We have rent close to 50 homes before and this is by far our favorite. Rent now - you won't regret it. We will be back!

Super nice place

Our family of five really enjoyed the condo as we were able to spread out a little bit. They have everything you will need and we especially loved the cappuccino maker. The host was excellent and easy to deal with. The views are great. The only slight negative for now is they are doing major scaffolding repair on the side of the building next door and it can be noisy during work hours and they start rather early. We did know about this, so we were warned. Did not affect us having a great time and would definitely consider rebooking. I also asked the host to consider increasing Internet speed as well. It was very slow and the router modem need to be upgraded . overall a great time. John and Sue
