"Very nice room on the first floor - spacious, clean and comfortable. The blackout curtains were really good and the room was very quiet. Nice fluffy towels. My only gripe is having to pay £5 a night to park - having already paid for the hotel I object to having to pay extra to park."

"We try and come here every year, the staff of both the hotel and the spa are lovely. The place is a little tired but that only adds to its charm.
First time we’ve been charged for robes which has never happened before (they’re usually provided in the room). We were quite surprised given we’d already spent a considerable amount on spa treatments and the weekend break itself."

"The property is old quirky property , with ample parking to the rear. The staff were pleasant and helpful . The room was clean and toiletries were provided. Breakfast was a little chaotic on Sunday morning, it was busy and some of the tables weren’t set up ready for the guests, which I thought was a little unusual as I would have thought they would already have the total of guests staying for breakfast. Just that one glitch , the rest of our stay was most enjoyable."

"Easy to find Hotel. Parking was great. Co-op supermarket very handy next to Hotel. Beds were comfortable. Good value for money. Would recommend"
